The man who asked if I was finding what I needed found it for me, then called someone to cut the lumber, then did it himself.

Everyone is very helpful, they always stop and ask if you need help.

"Will" back in flooring needs to learn how to use a stapler. Lol. Seriously, he was very helpful and explained the procedure in detail but they do need to have better staplers back in their area. So many papers when ordering flooring & trouble with office equipment. Thank you John & Will for your help. I would recommend the both of you that anyone.

The aisles are congested, and most of the employees I've had to deal with have no clue. The next closest store is an extra 30 mile round trip, or I'd avoid this one all toghther.

You have in this store in Ankeny an Asset that I absolutely Appreciate very much!! His Name is Dennis C. I was looking for a Motion lights and he approached me and asked me if he could help me find something. I told him that I would like a good Motion light for out doors that was inexpensive. He said follow me. He took me to the Motion light and the LED bulbs that where also on Clearance! Thank you Dennis C for who you are and doing what your excellent at! Serving us the customer. If you’re in need of window treatments, go see Ashley at the Ankeny Home Depot. She was excellent to work with and knew the products we needed for our home. She’s the one you will want to place your online orders through. She’s also the one you want to cut your blinds to the size you need if you decide to buy within the store. The attention to detail is so appreciated. I will definitely be back to finish my window treatments!

Go to Menards next door, at this time they at least still have a policy about wearing masks.

With mask on , make sure employes go a little extra to smile ! The mask covers your smile , don't let that happen !

The store is very clean, the isles are marked so well, that it was easy to find things, store employees asked if I needed help, the prices are very competitive and the cashiers are friendly and quick check out time.

Store is a COVID19 superspreader site. No Masks are required by anyone employees or customers. This store is public health nightmare. You'd be safer in an Iowa meat packing plant.

They are great everyone friendly even in times like these which I appreciated very much, I sure didn’t want to be out buying a stove right now but I had to and my experience was very pleasant

Dont use curbside pick up if you plan to stay in your car. you will be asked to go in the store where at least 2 eligible employees could help but one will stare blankly at you and then you have to walk through the entire store to get out. If you are susceptible to the virus this place will make sure you get it by making you think they have taken measures to protect you instead.

If items are marked 75% off, ensure it really is before paying.

Jamie, and Jim who works in plumbing are always very helpful. They always have what I need and help me get my equipment loaded and out the door. They are also very friendly.

Gave me an obviously opened and used item for an online order I picked up in store. Seals were broken so somebody obviously returned it and this home depot tried to pass it off to somebody else as new. Wasted my time and money to go get it and to return it. Shows that employees don't care about their customers.

This is a large store full of all kinds of things for the home, both inside and out. I enjoyed shopping there. Thank you!
