This location 0147 always have the best prices in my opinion.

placed a large mulch order for later date pick up without any problems...Kristy handled our order with a smile.

We shop here a lot and hardly have interaction with employees but Shay should interested and went out here way for us at check out.

Today at Home Depot, Amber was my guide. I arrived with a list of necessities for painting my wall and repairing some damages, feeling quite anxious about the whole process. Amber's expertise, kindness, and thorough assistance eased all my worries. She's truly a treasure, and my shopping experience was greatly enhanced by her presence. She precisely informed me of everything required for the repairs. Without a doubt, I'll be returning here for my future needs.

I order a lot of my Home Depot purchases online, and pickup at the Buford store. The staff there are consistently friendly, efficient and helpful. Special call out to Hayleigh and Tracy. Highly recommend this store for its upbeat vibe. John

The Appearance and behavior of the person at the self checkout, while I understand the freedom of expression your identity. My personal shopping experience was destroyed by the the confusing appearance of the employee at the checkout, something between a man and a woman raised a lot of questions from my little kids that I had with me at that time. After years of shopping and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent at Home Depot this really changed the way I would ever consider spending my money

Caitlin went above and beyond. She saw us looking at rope/chain/cable, and asked if we needed help. We told her yes, but unsure when. She communicated she was going to get something then come back, to let us think. When she came back, we asked her questions about cable, clamps, and options for what we needed. She answered all of them, and when a certain clamp wasn’t available, she quickly took out her device and told us other locations with it in stock.

I went for bird seed, and found all Christmas decorations were 50% off!

Every time I come to this store I always have a great experience with the staff.

Was disappointed that a Milwaukee promo own wasn't in stock. Saw another Milwaukee promo on display but it apparently expired and didn't ring up properly. The cashier Yami and her supervisor Gabe were very helpful and understanding, and gave me a good deal on my purchase.

I went to go see fridges, just to check them out but ended up walking out with a purchase of one because I couldn't not take advantage of the great sales they were having as well as thanks to all the great costumer service provided by the store associates

I am a builder and have been to and used a lot of vendors to get materials for my projects. The Buford Home Depot is by far the BEST STORE that I have ever worked with! Everyone, from PRO (David Park, Cathy, Craig), to customer service (Tracey, Haleigh, Connor, Eric, Sarah, Stevie), to management (Gabe, Stephanie, Mike) go above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable and to ensure that I stay a HD customer

I came in to this store for the first time to get items to remodel my bathroom and it is my first time remodeling and the workers answered every question I needed and they helped me find all the products I needed, the store was kept very clean and even the parking lot was too!

Whether returning items, or picking up an order, the service is always fast, friendly and helpful.

I bought a monkey wrench very pleased

I went in to get some rope or chain. I looked for someone in the hardware department and no one was there. I looked up and down every aisle. I did find someone in a Home Depot shirt, when I asked him that I needed help in the rope and chain area all he did was say, in an annoyed way, "I will call someone", I waited 15 minutes and wound up cutting some chain myself. Thank goodness for Home Depot that I am an honest person.

I have taken to ordering most of my items online, and then collecting later. This store is very efficient at getting orders ready, saving a lot of time hunting things down. Online order staff are always super helpful

I paid for a fridge and place it on WILL CALL. When I show up to pick it up, I was told that it was released to someone else. This is definitely an inside job by someone inside the store. They are very incompetent.

Henry Huang is an appliance specialist at this Home Depot location. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond.

We recently bought some flooring at this store and we got the best help to find our product. We did not find samples at the store and the employee helped us find it online. Thanks to that, we were able to make the purchase. We are very thankful for your help. It was not an easy project.
