Employees seem to not greet or acknowledge me every time I come in. I don't understand why they are like that. They are at a place of business not at home. I've noticed employees look at me but not greet me or ask me if I need help ! What happened to common courtesy ? People suck now days.

In general this particular Home Depot is incredible I never have an issue finding anything arm and if I can’t find it they will actually try to find it for me I am the pro service desk is who I generally deal with and Vilma The cashier that’s at the pro checkout are incredible they have impeccable service she makes you feel like you’re part of the family and make sure that your experience is as pleasant as she can make it so do not let her go anywhere

Don is the BEST!!!! He helped me purchases shelved with damaged packaging and took it upon himself to inspect them for all parts and even discounted the item. He has no idea how much that helped me. Wish I lived in the area - I'd definitely frequent this store!

OUTSTANDING PEOPLE WORKING AT THE HOME DEPOT BUFORD STORE, CLEAN AND VERY FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE

So I got really AWESOME customer service at home depot from this friendly employee, her name is Alexis ! I was mind blown by this employee. I had purchased a refrigerator from home depot and had some issues with it. Alexis was there to take care of all my needs and went above and beyond for me . I feel like Alexis needs to be recognized as an outstanding employee who represents Home Depot very well !

The store was nice and clean very well laid out and the staff are doing great work specially greeting customers and handing out masks thank you Homedepot.

Incomplete and relatively incompetent project was set up for bath remodeling, we had to cancel the whole thing as it was messed up. Too few employees to help in that department. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

From the greeter, vendor, cashier, to the manager, everyone at this store was not only courteous but actually helpful! They directed me to the right aisle as soon as I walked in and overrode a price on a bulk item that I brought to the register to ask for the smaller quantity of. Would definitely recommend thus location to people of color in the area!

The store employees and customer service is impeccable at this location. All of our needs were met and delivery of items were done in a timely manner.

The service was amazing. A gentleman named John in lumber fixed some poorly cut wood from a previous visit. He turned my DIY tv stand project completely around with his attention to detail, service and willingness to help fix something that he didn't mess up in the first place. I'm so thankful I came in and he was available! Great great service from him. During another visit an older gentleman in lighting was extremely helpful. Between lumens, kelvin and watts my eyes start to cross but he took his time and was able to help me with the lingo and select which bulbs would suite my needs best.

homedepot has always helped me and my family with DIY projects

On a random Saturday afternoon while visiting the store an employee was able to find our flooring items that we could not find as well as get us the right motor for our project. He also was able to cut down our shelving for us and provide us with some tips and techniques for laying down the floor as we’ve never done it we feel confident that our flooring will go down great and look incredible for years . Appreciate and thanks for having attentive and caring employees for our health everyone was wearing masks and we felt comfortable and safe and rocky looking guy even offered us hand sanitizer. No replacement blades for Ryobi 40v mowers. The only retailer that sells the mowers does not provide an essential part.

Great store with wonderful people; except restrooms (Faucets and paper dispenser need to be upgraded or replaced by no-touch devices).
