Just came in to get some simple supplies for our Halloween decorations and an employee directed me right where I needed to find them and I was in and out in no time!

Store always seems to everything I need

This store is consistently friendly and helpful to all of its customers. The staff at this store is backed by general manager Stephanie and her department managers. They truly have your interest at heart when you need help.

I had a question regarding repair to a cracked shower tile. There were 2 employees that gave me advice on the situation. I always find what I need and if I cannot find something there is always an employee that can help.

I have never had a better experience at a Home Depot in my life. I walked in and immediately was greeted by three lovely ladies. I needed help finding something and one of them told me the exact isle and then once I got there, there was another associate who was in that department to help me. Every associate I came across smiled politely and greeted me. When it was time to check out there was a line at self checkout and cashier Hannah offered to check me out on a register so I didn’t have to wait. She was so polite and kept good conversation with a smile. When I was getting into my car an associate in the parking lot offered to take my cart so I didn’t have to take it back to the cart holder. I love Buford Home Depot.

There is one fellow, Hayden, who totally went above and beyond. I am very impressed.

We visit this store often and Mary is the cashier that knows how to use the register to get out of there and on to the job!

Everyone here was very helpful and friendly. I have never seen so many helpful employees in a Home Depot before this store. Highly recommend.

Wife and I went in to buy washer, dryer and fridge for a new home purchase. Plenty of stock to choose from. Henry in Appliances went above and beyond with patient explanations, staying 35 mins beyond the end of his shift helping us. Can't say enough good things about this man. A real asset to Home Depot

Brandy in paint was super nice. And manager Gabe was very knowledgeable and helpful with back splash. We are actually remodeling our basement right now and the flowery branch store is closer to us but they didn’t have the paint in stock. So we went to Buford. And thanks to those two we are continuing our shopping there.

Great store to shop at. All employees (including managers) are quite nice and helpful. No problem finding someone to assist me with finding items.

The customer service manager Alexis was easy to work with and knew exactly how to delight us. We returned a defective mailbox post damaged in the delivery service. Alexis was friendly and promptly delighted us in the refund/reorder process.

This location is amazing. I visit almost three times a week if not more. The associates are great and is always helpful with my needs in every department.

A big shout out to Ken Masters and Ron Norman who have assisted me greatly in the past. Tonight Tim in customer service went above and beyond to help me out on a return.

I have shopped at this store for over a decade. Christy is one of the best store employees that is consistently professional, kind and helpful.

The associates are always ready to help. The Assistant Store Managers, Mike Besse and Brandon Petoskey are the best; always available, always helpful. The store is clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate.

This is a great store that carries many items for the DIYer.

Great Cashiers and Floor Employees who pay attention to their customers. Makes a big difference in shopping experience. We had a bad experience with their competitor (begins with a "L") and we found our Home away from Home, Home Depot!

Austin, the cashier was super friendly and made sanding in line not so bad. He had a very welcoming and personable demeanor. He said he was ready to get off but the day had been great and he was so eager to not only help me, but this elderly gentlemen who needed potting soul loaded in his truck. Aston had a line of people but kindly told the elderly man, pull your truck up and I will help you. Some people would mention how busy they were and “I will get to you when I can” but he helped!
