The store is generally in order and clean. If not I will mention it to an employee, and he or she will take care of it right away, or soon thereafter.

Home Depot employees are well trained and very courteous they know the store and help with all your needs not only in finding items but also in recommendations.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I am getting my fence completed and I needed 8 panels. My contractor didn't like what was stacked outside so they went to the back and found exactly what we needed. They also gave me a great price.

Had a great experience overall with our small purchase but really was impressed by the help Rodger and Johnny . one electric and other tile provided me with some great ideas and information on some questions I had if I do it myself and what all i need etc. You got two winners there on your staff and the cashier adriana was kind too. Felt empowered and like my visit was rewarded with good serice . thanks and thought i would give you a shout out. Cheers. Bill

This Store, #0147 Buford Location, has the highest amount of knowledgeable professional staff members. The managers Jennifer and Stephanie can locate any item for you in the store and can direct any staff member to help assist you with any home DIY or professional needs. This saves everyone shopping at this store Time and Money to get-in and get-out to get started on your project. All of the isles are straight and the overheads signs are large and easily direct you to where you want to go.

I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at this store. The variety of plants on display was quite impressive. I even found Creeping Jenny which was not available at another store I visited. The plants were clean and healthy.

The best Home Depot around. Nick from the paint department has the absolute best attitude, and helped us with something the Hamilton mill Home Depot said they could not do for us. She's awesome!!

Assistant manager Jennifer was extremely courteous and professional. Solved my problem in a matter of minutes. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Consistently doesn't have the same products as some of the other HD, Asked "plumbing professional" for some very basic info about a thermostat and was told to call Honeywell , he couldn't help me.

I would like to take the time and let you know that the employees at this store are amazing. They go above and beyond in helping me all day every day Charles, Mike, joanna, gabe, Joe, Calvin, Blake, Kristie, Bobby, Austin, jen, stephanie plus many more. I wouldn't say I wouldn't recommend this store. As the products I needed were available and cashier was very helpful. But. In this trip to Home Depot, I need just 3 bags of marble chips. I was standing in front of the bay area where the HEAVY marble chips were. I didn't see anybody available to assist, therefore I was ready to do the load myself. As I was reading the description of the bags, a male associate was headed towards the same product/area where I was standing, along with a customer (male). The associate completely bypassed me and began loading his cart up and completely ignored me as I was standing there. I had to move aside when I noticed they were headed towards me. Another male associate came to speak to the associate currently loading the customers cart. I assumed that common courtesy would have occurred to at least one of them but to my surprise not one bit of acknowledgement towards me was given. From neither of the associates. They both walked away completely disregarding my presence. I ended up loading the bags myself. Yes, I am a female, I had a dirty shirt, no makeup, and had been working on the yard the whole day. I was very disappointed that not one but TWO associates walked right in front of me and offered no help at all. Not even a simple hello. Will I continue to shop here? Of course I will. I won't deny that. but when associates do not show any type of common courtesy towards their customers it is something that should be attended to . I could have been a secret shopper. Just saying.

The team at this Home Depot is always friendly and helpful! 90% of the people have been there for years and always remember me and my projects and ask for pictures. If they don't have something in stock they help you track it down at another location.

Today I was greeted at the door by a young man I've not met before, Ray. His quick beautiful smile was comforting and welcoming. I've never had a greeter offer to handle my return before but the customer service folks were backed up so Ray led me to the service desk and processed mine and I could head into the store for my purchases. His competent helpful manner made my visit today pleasant and efficient. I hope I get to see him again soon and I commend whoever is responsible for hiring him.
