Bought a milwaukee m12 kit for 199.99. Had a sale advertised to buy the kit and a m12 5.0ah battery for $230. Store associate read the sale and verified the kit and battery. Carried them up to the checkout and there was no sale. Associate seemed mad that I no longer wanted the advertised battery and had to get someone else to remove from the sale. Terrible experience. Advertised sales don't count and employees get mad when you notice

Rhonda Everetts is AMAZING! Talk about getting More done! She is a doer and helped us every step of the way through a kitchen remodel. She alerted us of a promotion on kitchen refacing and sales on the countertops we needed. She advised and coached us through the entire process making it feel like we had a personal assistant throughout the entire process. She is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Thank you so much.

I have spent my last dime at this location. Everything is locked up, not an issue given the recent theft issues. Seriouosly doubt it is an issue at this particular location. What I have a problem with is being escorted to the checkout counter like a common thief and watched while I self-checked out.

I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED , THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE WAY ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS , I WILL USE THEM AGAIN!!

If you go to the Home Depot Store in Butler and you need extra help, be sure to request to talk to assistant manager, Lisa. She is absolutely the best! I had an issue that I couldn’t get help with and she was able to quickly resolve it, due to her persistence in wanting me to be a happy customer! I left the store and felt that she had restored my faith in the people who work at Home Depot. It’s just so difficult to find people who are dedicated to really helping you at any store these days. Lisa is one of those people.

I ordered online for a grill to be assembled and picked up in store - it was the last one available. I arrived and was given the 1000$ grill only to see it was not a brand new grill. It had scratches all over the top and was dirty all over. It took me informing staff of this and them making up excuses saying maybe it wasn’t scratched until they examined it and saw it was and then told me it was due to the grill being discontinued - which also was not true due to Weber still selling this model on their website. I’d recommend not ordering online after my wasted trip and staff not being honest about the item I was purchasing.

I returned an item and was asked for my id. Fine Then when I went to the checkout one of the items I was trying to purchase didn’t have a price tag. ($4 pre cut 2x4). She then said that I removed the price tag and pointed to where it was. So I said I don’t want it. Then when I went to use my gift card MARY asked me for my id again and I refused . She scanned the gift cardand my name popped up. I can’t remember the last time I was treated so poorly!! Home Depot and MARY you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!

My experience at the Butler HD had consistently been very good. From finding help when needed and finding the items I'm looking for to being able to check out quickly, this store does a good job!

I purchased a Ryobi 40V brushless mower 1-30-24. Unfortunately I don’t know the employees name but he went above and beyond my expectations in locating this mower. Even though your website stated 5 were in stock only 1 was in stock. While he was locating the mower I summoned another employee to help locate an extra blade (who also was very courteous and extremely helpful) but we couldn’t locate any even though the computer stated 4 were in stock but it was due to an inventory error.

If you need to go to the Butler, Home Depot store, ask for Brittany to help you! She is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything.

My husband and I had to go to Home Depot in Butler for some things we needed at the house. Upon our arrival, we ran into a young lady named Brittany. She was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the store, and knew exactly where every single thing we needed was in the store. if you need any help at all when going to the Butler Home Depot store, stop and ask Brittany.

We go to the Butler Home depot for everything from storage bins to nuts and bolts. This trip we had to replace our laundry set. Always happy when we leave.

We received excellent treatment from several in the department, especially Steve. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The employees do an excellent job at helping the customers but the store organization keeps changing their procedures making it difficult for the customers.

We needed help with cabinets and Lisa got everything fixed up for us!

I arrived at 15 minutes to closing time. Everyone I encountered was great! They were pleasant and extremely helpful. The Great Stuff Gaps & Cracks 12oz is a great value. It fills voids to stop air and insect infiltration.

Went for window treatments and explore carpet replacement. Ted was very knowledgeable and great to walk us thru every step.

I had a rerun big ticket item and billing error and one of the clerks Jeanne was super helpful and got it all straightened out.

Brittany is one of the most helpful people I've ever spoken too.

Can find things very easily and is well stocked

What a great experience.with all the self checkouts and no personal touch with buying experiences now a days these two employees hit it out of the park with customer service, knowledge of your products, services that you offer. Beyond excellent

On Friday night bought ( paying in full) a zero turn cub cadet mower. I was told it would be put in a secure location and I could pick it up the next day. As my family was hooking up a trailer to come pick up the paid in full mower I received a phone call that my mower was no longer available and a replacement of equal value can’t be found??

Did a DIY shelving project today. Excellent extra help from numerous employees.

I go to Home Depot for all my home repair and most remodeling needs. Most often their prices are better than the one across the street and they have what I need.

Had to purchase a lot of items for our home improvement project. Cut it close to home depot's closing time, but Ted and Jen were still very helpful and kind! Very thankful!
