This store is clean! All employees are very knowledgeable and helpful!

The store is well organized. I have shopped in several departments and have been happy with all my shopping visits. The associates have all been friendly and helpful. I live in Texas and am helping my sister with her house needs. We drove over 50 miles to the Butler Home Depot and will continue to do that because of our experience there.

Great people Great store

The cashier was not friendly. She did not say hello when I approached. She was counting money when I walked up. I had to speak first. I asked her how she was doing and I got no reply. One of the flowers I was buying had no barcode on it, so she had to go find another one which was about 20 feet away. She sighed loudly and acted mad. I did not even receive a thank you after I paid.

I really like the new updates in the Home Depot and the person that helped me was just great and her name is Connie. Tonight I was looking @ Appliances and some flooring for my finished basement. I want to say Connie is very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and understanding of what my needs are. I definitely want to recognize her and I told her she needs a raise for her excellent understanding in what my needs are as a valued customer here. She takes care of me every time I am here. Thanks Connie!

Excellent customer service. Having a defective product and needing an immediate exchange, Elizabeth made the process painless along with a gentleman from the kitchen area that needed to get my new product off the top shelf. He did it with a smile. Ben was helpful getting the giant box to my car.

I always find what I'm looking for. Staff are always helpful if I need assistance and they don't make it seem like I'm a burden to their day.

The employees are very helpful.I have shopped other home improvement stories in Butler and it is so hard to get help when making a purchase.

The store and employees are great. The newly changed and poorly thought out renovations to the checkout registers and customer service areas are a nightmare. Afraid that the store could now be a danger when checking out because it looks like an easy robbery target now. Change things back!!! This store used to be rated a 5, these changes make it a 2 since exiting the store is the last interaction remembered.

Excellent service in the appliance department. Connie and Tom were superb associates that went out of their way to assist us.
