I visited the store on Saturday, 4/4/20 to pick up a few items. We approached and were informed that they were limiting the amount of customers into the store to 100 and the current amount was 99, since I was with my husband we stated we would wait for another person to leave then we could enter. At this point another customer walked up and spoke to the associate at which point the associate let the customer in. We continued to wait and the associate told us that someone had left and he could let 1 of us in and we offered to wait for another person to leave, since we were the only ones in line. At this point another person approached and the associate let them directly in. We questioned why the associate wasn't having customers stand in line and wait and he said that the customer census was 99 and therefore he could let one person in. So we continued to wait. After a few minutes 2 more customers approached, as single individuals, and walked up to the doors and the associate let them in directly without informing either of them that they had to stand in line. When we confronted the associate about this he informed us that at that point 2 customers had exited the store and so he was able to let 2 customers in. We attempted to explain to the associate that it should have been our turn since we were standing in line but he did not seem to comprehend as he was explaining that it was 2 individuals that left the store and so he could let 2 individuals into the store. Needless to say that we did wait a bit longer and was finally able to enter the store to complete our purchase and that prior to this incident I shopped very frequently at this store but now I feel as though I never ever want to go back. I understand our need to maintain social distancing in these times as I am a nurse and have a great understanding of Covid-19, some of it firsthand, but I do not understand this associates thought processes.

Over crowded, no one is wearing masks. Employees are just standing around, they have a senior citizen checking every single receipt at the door with bare hands. Employee came right up to me in the parking lot to take my cart. This is a serious situation and they should be better taking care of their employees and being respectful of the general public, some of us have no choice but to go there in order to keep making a living.

The employees there were fantastic. My husband and I asked for sawdust for a craft project and both Mitch and Matthew A. helped bag some for us for free. They went above and beyond and were so polite and friendly. We’ll definitely continue shopping at this store.

I was in need of some inexpensive 12X12 self stick floor tile for inside two cupboards. I found exactly what I needed and the price was less than the other big box store I looked in. Plus, you had the primer for the self stick tiles I bought. The other store, L----s, sells self stick tile but not the required primer. The person I spoke with at L----s, after I chased one down, told me the primer is not necessary and that's the reason they don't stock it.

This store is always clean and neat. The customer service is awesome. I'd like to point out that Brenda is the best cashier I've ever felt with. I've been at this for over 20 yrs.

I stopped at this store (Butler) because I was in the area.........I really don't like the floor plan of any of your stores. The service was good.

Wonderful place! Love the quality of products, and will visit again and again. The moral of the employees is great! They are so helpful.

Do not order anything and rely on their delivery service. It is terrible. They were suppose to deliver a stove today and they never showed up. They lied and said no one was home at the time they were here. We were here all day. They can not take to store for pick up and we are supposed to wait for another week until they are back in the area to deliver. I need a stove now, not next week. I have already waited 5 days for the delivery after I purchased it. We will be cancelling our order and buying from a local appliance store, which we should have done in the first place... but Home Depot had a sale going on.

I would like to give a shoutout to Betty who helped me pick out a backsplash. She was amazing and really listened to my concerns and ideas. I can tell she did because her feedback and suggestions were spot on! Give that girl a raise!!

Two men named Larry wasted no time in directing me to what I needed and provided intelligent answers to my questions. I am very busy so I would prefer doing business with friendly people who do not waste my time. My experience at this store was very positive.

All Associates are very friendly and helpful on my day of visit ! All associates are assigned to a certain department where they are trained in. Some associates have limited knowledge , and some have all around knowledge for multiple departments - probably due to rotation and time of employment ! So, even that everybody is friendly - it does pay of to be passionate with this friendly staff and ask the right questions for your needs ! And you will receive the right answer and HELP !

great store and friendly staff

I was charged for three 2x2-8s when I only had two and charged for one 2x8 and two 2x10s when I had two 2x8s and one 2x10. This is after last week getting charged for thirteen 1x2s when I only purchased a pack of twelve and the week before getting charged for a can of spray paint that must have been on the self scan register from someone else. I live 20 minutes away so returning to the store to have these issues fixed is wasteful of my time and costly in gas.

Cashiers are friendly---folks in the various departments are always asking if they can help. If you do need help, I find everyone to be very knowledgeable.

This store is amazing... clean, organized, one of the best I have seen.

Employees went above and beyond even though I was prepared to move the heavy items that i went to buy.

It was a good shopping experience.
