Poor performance from this Home Depot Staff...Drove !8 miles because they had product I needed..which was plywood..Prior to departing for store I specificly asked if it could be cut to my dimensions on their saw...Was assured the cutting would be no problem...When I arrived store associates were indifferent to my requests that were prearranged by phone,refered me to a store mgr. who was on a lunch break..and they didnt know when he would return..Total run around from this store...

Every interaction I had with the garden department employees was efficient and pleasant, even though it was nearly 8PM. By calling ahead for pickup, my order was ready and loaded quickly and I was on my way home in 5 minutes. Great service!

Definitely will shop again at this store. Cat, Nick and Dineen were very helpful.

Look, Home Depot sells about everything you need, from tiny screws and washers to huge major appliances and carpeting, and much of everything in between. It must be a nightmare to keep everything in stock, especially this last year with the trucking industry slowed so much. That said this store does a remarkable job of keeping everything in stock. That said, they only had half of what I needed of one item but right next to it, after a bit of label reading, I found an adequate substitute. Any minor shortcomings with supplies is more than offset by the bounty of very knowledgable, friendly employees. And the store, including the restroom, is always clean.

Great people and layout of store....only down side is all the dogs in the store!!!!

Horrible assistant manager and service desk people. Shopped this store since it opened and always enjoyed the cleanliness and the store being well stocked. Have grown to know many of the employee's over the years and were very helpful and nice. The experience on 1/29/21 was the worst, hope you never have to deal with Margret the assistant manager as you just likes to show you what she thinks is a massive amount of power. She called me a Liar and I said I would never shop there again after many years of spending thousands of dollars and always finding what I needed. She said there's the door get out. Is This is this how a manager is to treat the customer? I know the public is had to deal with but a person in a management position should b e able to control themselves and solve problems much better than this. I am done with Home Depot and Margret's behavior!!

Excellent store that offers more products geared toward contractors. Salesman in tools was very informative and took time to help me find the right tool I needed. Very good experience.

Customer Service was were friendly and helpful

I truly appreciate exceptional customer service. Dennis in paints has mixed hundreds of gallons for us and is ALWAYS so friendly. Devin was very kind at the register.

Always shop at Home Depot but, this was my first visit to store #4139 in Butler. Very pleased with friendly, experienced sales assistance in appliances who also provided me with information on products I will purchase on my next visit to Home Depot.

Even though I have another Big Box home improvement store close to me, I always travel the 20 miles to get to this store. The entire experience at this store is 100% better than the other store. Your associates are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. This time was no exception. I needed batteries for my Ryobi power tools and HD had the on sale. I drove to the store and could not locate them, Matthew, in the tool department assisted me and found they were still in the warehouse. He went back and brought out not only mine , but at least two more cases to restock the shelves. That's the reason I go to HD and not the other store.

One of the associates named Margaret was extremely rude to me. I was already freaked out by the large number of people in the store and flustered. I left my cart alone for a minute or so and it was taken up to the front. When i went to get it she followed me around the store making me even MORE uncomfortable and then when I had to put something back she said "I didnt THINK you were going to purchase." I would suggest going to a different Home Depot so you don't have to deal with her

Tim pro desk manager needs fired. I was told his customers are more important when asking to get service rom the price desk I will not be back

Received some of the best service yet at this store and was very satisfied getting the job done in thanks to the knowledgeable/friendly staff.

We love Home Depot! We can always fine what we need! All the sales associates that work there are very helpful and will take the time to explain stuff to you. It’s our go to the hardware store!

Nick was a phenomenal employee!! He was wonderful, helped us out a lot! Paul, who worked up front, went out of his way to take us to where we needed to go, made sure we got the correct person in the department, and still managed to help us after check out by putting the item in the car for us!! They both were superb!

No issues with the physical store. Issue I had was with ordering appliances on-line for delivery. Ordered a washer and dryer, but the washer arrived damaged. Delivery team refused to install the dryer, claiming I had to except both or reject both. Not much of a choice, when one is badly damaged. Took off work and disconnect both appliances. Then had to reconnect both, after failed delivery. Will have to disconnect both again on morning of second delivery, and hope both are undamaged. Also, had to select a different washer, due to back order issue. Home Depot was quick to charge my card for the second washer, not so quick for the credit for the damaged washer (that is "pending").

I have always found this store easy to shop. All staff were always helpful and very friendly. Checkout always easy and quick. Quality of products very good.

This is my favorite got to home improvement store . All of the associates are eager to help and know the products in the entire store. I have only had one problem in the years I've been shopping here and it was resolved in a very timely and professional manner. I do have to drive 20 miles to get to your store, but it is worth it. There is another home improvement store much closer, but the service is no where near Home Depot. I just wish you had a store closer to my area.

run by inept personnel. Disabled Vet had to wait 26 minutes!! to get his change back due to cashier's error. NO APOLOGY given,RUDE manager. Checkouts are usually OK, until they have a slight problem, then they are extremely slow and not courteous. Not one of the better western PA stores, in fact, the worst! that I have been to. Get some proper & professional staff! Not the first time this has happened. Ohio, New Castle & Pittsburgh have courteous employees. Butler Home Depot has some real socially challenged cashiers & managers. Not all, but some that should be shown the door! Unfortunately Butler is the closest for me.

The employees at Home Depot (Butler) are always helpful at this store for your needs and have gone out of their way to keep me very satisfied on several occasions as well to keep my loyalty that was switched over 7 years ago from the store right next to them LOL
