It’s gardening season and this store has a well stocked supply of healthy, well cared for plants and shrubs. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and their attention to detail was impressive.

This Home Depot store has a young lady from the Ukraine who is knowledgeable about the merchandise and wants to help.

Had to speak with manager and he was just the best. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for, very personable, and kind.

Had to get landscaping edging. Great selection and outstanding customer service by Rowan.

So impressed with JJ from Pro Team and Andres and Sharon, who all helped me solve a special custom lumber need. Each one took the time yo listen, understand need, find a solution and I left with just what I needed..professional, knowledgeable and caring…great experience

The variety of bathroom fixtures and prices was much better than at another leading home improvement store

Never getting a flooring project done by HD again. They only have one installer for the whole region, they don't measure properly and then more material arrives that the customer has to haul into their homes by themselves. The refund process is a huge mess and so fragmented that it's impossible to figure out. We also had to haul all the material back to the store that they sent to our home that we did not need.

I shop this store because of the people. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable when I need help figuring out a plan. Quick with suggestions and other ways to get the job done.

Had the exact machine I needed to make cuts in my sidewalk and driveway to remove those sections of concrete.

Went to HD this morning and found a mobile tool cart that I wanted to grab, but was a little too big for my car. Zach helped me take the wheels off and hoist it into my car. It was a busy Saturday AM but Zach went above and beyond to help out.

We came to HD at nearly 9:40 pm. Looking for some paint and paint ideas. We new we had to hurry. The specialist Heidi was beyond kind and courteous. Her customer service skills was an A++++ she didn't mind that the store was about to close. She told us to take your time I don't mind mixing your paint even though we said we could come back .. we were beyond shocked and pleased with how great she was. Especially in this day and time. We own our own business and know how hard it is to get exceptional help these days. HD lucked up finding her

When customers enter at any department they should be greeted because two ladies work in the lawn and garden area were talking away and didn’t greet me or my daughter. There were no employees available in certain departments to help confused customers as my self employees walking by as if they don’t want to be bothered I had to buy multiple locks that I probably don’t even need.

My visit last week to the garden center was horrible. No help. Only employee in the back was having a personal discussion with another woman. After purchasing, I asked for help loading. Never received any help, after asking 3 times and another customer asking once for me. The only employee other than cashier was in parking lot continuing her personal conversation. Never glanced my way or looked at her device, where I supposed she had been paged to help.

My wife and I were looking to buy all the appliances we needed for an older house we bought. We had been in the Chattanooga store before shopping and Nick was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. When we were ready to make our purchase, Nick again was a great help. Glad he was there when we needed him

I had trouble picking out grout that went with my tile and she helped me And it was a perfect match.

Everything seem to have it's place and was well stocked. No complaints.

Whata great store...all the staff went out of their way to make sure I had all my concerns addressed. I am a military Vet and the treatment I received here was head and shoulders above my prev experiences at the Blue store....Since visiting your store the past few times I must say you are far and above all my prev experiences at the Blue store. I do not ever need to visit them again, I have found all my needs with your store.Blue store.

This store has the best customer service and always has exactly what we need and priced right! Everyone is always so kind and eager to help!

Garden area was fully stocked with a wide variety of plants. Checking out was fast and easy. Highly recommend this location.

These days it seems like many of these stores do not have enough employees to cover all areas. First, I was kindly greeted by two employees as I entered and typically it takes a hunt to find an employee who gerally seems uninterested at best. Today it took me less than a minute and a half to find someone to help me locate something. This is invaluable to me, as I have spent more time than I ever thought was possible at other similar stores, just waiting to find an employee for help. I left very satisfied and I will certainly be back

Each time I enter the store and have questions, if the person does not have the answer, they will find someone who does.

This store I usually can find what I need and prices are not ridiculous usually

Purchased my Kitchen, Bath and Wash Room cabinetry here and as a former custom builder I see the quality to be exceptional, and the price feasible.

Purchased a complete kitchen appliance set. Eddie S. Is my hero. He’s amazing and I recommend anyone to personally seek him out to help you with whatever you may need.
