Reps are very helpful and friendly

We bought several appliances at tge Chatt. Home depot and Eddie Stephen's was great! He helped us determine what we needed, and was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely buy all our home improvement products there. Great service, good prices.

Purchased a refrigerator and a water filtration system and the employee was very helpful with finding the information on line and was very knowledgeable of the store products and where to find them.

AJ was very helpful in helping us find a great faucet for our kitchen home. Diane at the self checkout registers was super helpful! We rang up the item and it was on sale, but the item did not ring up the discounted price. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the correct price.

The store was as clean/neat as a hardware store could. The millwork associate greeted me at the desk and me find what I needed. The cashiers saw a line and opened anther register immediately.

Treated very rudely by Nick in the paint department. I think I interrupted his break or maybe a nap. Knew nothing about paint yet he was the supervisor. Apparently a dress code does not exist any more. Very inappropriate for any employee in any store to treat a customer this way. I will never return to this location.

Our back patio glass door was recently shattered. We needed to replace the panel. We visited another Home Depot and were told to contact the manufacturer for a replacement that they could not help me. After a lot of phone calls and no help I called the Chattanooga Home Depot and I spoke with Kenny. He was a breath of fresh air! He quickly figured out which door I needed and let me know that it was an online order-only item. He called the manufacturer to check and confirm that it was available. He was very prompt in returning the phone call to me to let me know it was available. He took away a ton of stress from me and let me know about the online order and pick-up process. I am very thankful Kenny is who I could talk to at the Chattanooga location. His customer service is outstanding. If he is not a manager he should be.

Jenna helped me cut 6 sheets of plywood into the correct sizes I needed for a project. She made probably 30+ cuts for me. Next manager for sure.

I bought 2 16x16 Yukon step stones my last visit. Toni truly is appreciated There was a big issue. I entered the store through garden, as the cashier gave me full eye contact. It took me 2mins to find the 16x16 Yukon Step Stones, as I walked back to the register the cashier tells me that it’s closed. Please keep in mind that I parked my car on the garden section of the parking lot. I ask the cashier are there any carts available in which she said no and didn’t attempt to help me find one. Grew to become frustrated, but I took a big breath and carried the 16x16 Yukon Step Stones from garden to the pro desk. I told Toni the issue as well as David that manager. David went out of the way to find me a cart to put the Step Stones on and Toni gave me a discount for my inconvenience. I’m a very happy easygoing gentleman, but even I was frustrated from the issue. But little things like that to make it right makes a big difference. Thanks So Much Toni and I’ll definitely be back at this location.

Diane was very knowledgeable about how many bags of mulch I would need.

This store has very knowledgeable employees in their various departments, especially windows and door, plumbing and electrical. Very helpful!!

I had a problem at the other large home improvement store, so I thought I'd try Home Depot instead. It was a much better experience! They had many more in stock and the manager Justin Burton was willing to match what the other store was offering! The lady at the counter was very nice also and the delivery was right on time!!

This is my home away from home. Most of the employees recognize me, and I them. John is always happy to help me find something or copy some keys to Key Hero. Shopping here is generally a pleasant experience!

This HomeDepot Store has very kind and there was many great deals on washing machines and home furnishings such as lamps and mirrors as well. I had a fun day with my daughter just walking around looking at prices and all the things that the store carries for home decor and improvement.

I’m always making big purchases at this store. Every time I come in, the staff recognize me and make sure I have everything I need. I feel most comfortable in his store and would like to thank JJ especially for always making me feel welcome. She went out of her way to accommodate a reservation for materials I needed to put on hold for pickup the next day. I appreciate everyone’s help and great attitudes!

I went last night about 15min before you guys were closing, and I do apologize for coming in so last minute… you know how the brain works when you are working on projects. Well I had to come in for some paint since a ran out and Faith was working that section and she was very professional and was absolutely amazing to us and did not treat us in anyway for getting to her so late, you definitely have an amazing employee right here, so treat her right…

I buy a lot of products from Home Depot and the people are always polite and helpful.

As I was shopping with my wife I caught the attention of an employee who slipped me a note asking if she could be of any assistance of my domestic issues ( I had sexually frustrated written all over me) I informed my wife went to bingo later that night9 pm) yes id love to. Before leaving I went to the restroom as soon as I shut the stall door it popped back open and she said she didn't want me to suffer any longer I intially went for paint but I left after I became a plumber an laid my pipe my wife asked what took so long I told her I had to do some cockiing in the bathroom! Went to the garden section on May 20, 2022. Couldn't find all I needed and the Cashier wasn't helpful at all. She wouldn't try to get someone to help me Eventually I found another employee who helped me find part of what I needed.
