Under staffed and takes awhile to get help to load items.

Helpful store associates, good in stock supplies, great prices, it's a store for us common people, not the upper class primping their mansions. It's a working person's store. Thanks for the way you treat military customers and military associates.

The store was clean and had plenty of products in stock. The Associates were friendly and helpful.

I found LVP flooring of excellent quality at a very reasonable price. I’d looked in Dalton, Lowe’s & Southeastern Salvage. I was SHOCKED that my search ended at Home Depot. Customer service was OUTSTANDING. Jenna was extraordinary in her patience, knowledge & helpfulness. Josh was delightfully friendly & courteous as he loaded my vehicle. Today’s shopping experience simply enjoyable.

This visit was worse than any other. I needed plywood, and had to have it cut down to fit in my vehicle. I waited over half an hour, asked 2 employees, was ignored by 4 other employees, and when I finally got assistance, the guy was not happy that he had to do it. He didn't wear PPE, he didn't know how to use his tape, and even though I still said thank you, he stormed off like I told him his dog was ugly.

Other than being low on air compressors, I was able to get a good item at a good price.

I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BY THE CASHIER. WHAT ARE PEOPLE COMING TO/THINKING. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO PROVOKE THIS PERSON.

One stop store, unusally find products needed.

Currently appliances (in stock) are next to impossible to find, which is a really stressful situation when the appliance you need is a refrigerator and all your food is on ice in coolers. My review is more about one Home Depot employee, Frankie (in appliances). Frankie went above and beyond to assist me in finding a refrigerator. Researched every single brand looking for ones that met my criteria, but more importantly, ones that could be delivered ASAP, as I was without a refrigerator and all its contents were in coolers. She offered several very helpful suggestions I had not thought of as well. Home Depot #0742 is lucky to have an employee like Frankie. If you need help with appliances when you are shopping at this store, ask for her. You won't regret it.

I had an appointment with Chris today to order the needed kitchen cabinets. He helped me get the ones I needed for the space I had.

The Chattanooga Home Depot has the best associates. I appreciate the Thank You when I receive my military discount. I would like to point out Tammi in the garden shop, and Cathy who recently has moved to the installation dept.My shopping experience was very good today. I wished I had asked the name of the associate who helped me in the tool department.

The associates were helpful, however the managers are not. I was not able to get the assistance I needed.
