I have not been able to get the assistance I need and paid for. I purchased an install of a garage door opener and the installers who have a contract with Home Depot refuse to install without explanation to me or the store Manager. The store manager is reluctant to resolve the issue, rather that he would give me a refund on the install and offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Home Depot is guilty of breech of contract

I received great customer service at this Home Depot store and I will continue to buy grime this store.

There is always someone with a smile who will help you. The store is clean and has everything you need in stock.

I get all i need here and they got everything better than other stores

Need more employees, don't keep customers waiting

Store is very convenient, all employees seem to be very knowledgeable on any item or questions, if they do not know they find someone who does. As a woman this is pleasing for all they do.

I really have nothing to say but good things about this store...would even like to work with the rental guys. They gave clear explanations on how to operate the equipment.

The staff went over and beyond and it's hard to find great customer service these days

This Home Depot is nice and clean, the store is laid out well, the aisles are clearly labeled and best of all the employees are super helpful (especially Laura) and they have a great variety of Home Improvement items as competitive prices. I will definitely continue to go to this particular Home Depot!

Check your purchase. Mine was rifled through or returned with stuff missing. Just have to go back again...takes too much time to shop where they do not look after what they are selling

Employees go out of their way to make you feel appreciated. They are so much more friendly then my previous experiences at Lowe’s.

Every single employee that I had the privilege to ask for assistance, helped with genuine concern and efficiency. Was so pleased to get the help on the items I needed. The store was super clean and once I knew which isles I needed, very easy to locate each of them. Thanks for taking the time to be Kind and Sincere.

I needed some cuts made to my full sheet of Birch Plywood and down the aisle from the panel saw area Marvin was talking to another employee and I jokingly asked for some assistance since I knew Marvin from my previous visits to this store, but I was not in any rush. They both immediately started towards me and I was taken care of right away by Chris who I was pleased to find out was in charge of the lumber department. I have had several cuts made for me in the past and I know plywood will have some tearout (which I plan for) but the cuts Chris made for me were the MOST crisp and accurate cuts I have ever seen made there. He was also very personable and let him know that I took the last sheet and I would need at least another sheet. He said he would check the inventory just in case there was some more somewhere and I let him know I did not need it right away but I will check back at a later time.

I was very disappointed when me and my husband went to the customer service desk to order a tool chest. We asked for our military discount as Hannah was ringing us up, for some reason it would not let her apply it to our order. Another woman who works at customer service whose name is Sharon came over and said something about it being a special price or deep discounted item already, which it wasn't. I told her we have been buying items at Home Depot for a long time and never have been denied the military discount, and she said in a very rude voice, "well you must have hit it on the right day". Whatever that means I don't know, so I asked for a manager and she turns and says, "she is over there." This was all in a very rude tone and she turned her back and walked away. The assistant manager came over and she finally fixed it. Her name is Michelle. I plan on contacting the store manager to find out why the associates at customer service have such a poor attitude and if they don't like working with customers then maybe they should work in another part of the store. As far as I am concerned if this is how they treat a veteran then I don't ever have to shop there again.

Home Depot always hits the mark for me. I can get what I need quickly and move on with my day.I truly hate when I have to go anywhere else. The Cake Lady

I get excellent service every time I am in this Home Depot. I am greeted at the door, offered a shopping cart, the employees are energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I don't have to wander around trying to find help. Checkout is fast and easy and returns are a breeze. It's my go-to for home and garden fix-up projects.

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS WARM AND FRIENDLY WHEN EVER I COME IN THERE. THERE ARE SEVERAL EMPLOYEES THAT RECOGNIZE ME WHEN I COME IN AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE A NICE GREETING FOR ME AND ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME. THIS TIME AROUND YOU DID NOT HAVE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN STOCK AND A YOUNG BLACK GENTLEMAN EVEN WENT TO THE TROUBLE TO CHECK THE BACK STOCK JUST IN CASE IT WASN'T OUT ON THE FLOOR. WHEN I WENT TO CHECKOUT I TOLD DALE THIS AND HE GOT ON HIS COMPUTER AND CHECKED NEARBY STORES FOR ME AND OFF I WENT TO THE FT. OGLETHORPE STORE WHERE I WAS ABLE TO GET WHAT I NEEDED TO WORK ON MY PROJECT THIS WEEKEND.
