We bought a $400 skeleton for delivery. The store delivered it to a house down the street from us with a completely different address. The store would not pick the item up and bring it to our home so we had to get a dolly and pull it down the road to our home as it was in a large heavy box. This was a costly mistake to make and it doesn’t seem like any one even cares that they were that wreck less. We had to search for the item in our neighborhood and haul it home.

When I approached the hardware isle #8, a 50+ male employee was sorting items on a shelf but he still greeted me while working on his stuff and asked me what I was looking for and subsequently directed me to the location for that item. When he learned from me that the item was not in stock, he directed me to Customer Service to place an online order. I followed his advice and successfully have the order placed at Customer Service with the help of a 50+ female rep.

I bought a two step stool, called a Gorilla ladder at your store today. It seems to be much sturdier than others we have seen in several other stores in area. We have been shopping for this item for several weeks but found them to be flimsy and not very safe. It is important for older folks, like myself, to stay off chairs to reach higher shelves. Also surprised it was priced under $40, who doesn’t like a good bargain. Will be shopping at your store more often in the future.

I am very pleased with this Home Depot location, as they continue to make my shopping experiences above and beyond. I have nothing but reputable things to say about this establishment, customer service, hospitality and friendly environment. This is my home away from home.

Store has exceptional management and customer service. They are quick to respond and are always willing to work with you to trouble shoot issues. As a GC this is critical to my operation and I will be a customer for a long time of this store because of the team at this store.

I purchased patio blocks and I am very happy with the way the patio turned out. I am glad we went to Home Depot. The staff was friendly and very helpful and there was a lot to choose from.

I have had great help from the employees. In March, the plumbing employee was very helpful with a sump pump and backup system purchase. Also, the checkout supervisor was very helpful. In April, the customer service employee and supervisor were very good with completing an online purchase of a dining set and chairs for out of state delivery.

Chuck in the Door Department at the Meacham Rd store in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, was very helpful and informative. He explains things well and makes the sale easier. He is knowledgeable and friendly with tips to help with my purchase. He needs to train the other associates to follow his selling skills and knowledge of the products, the process, and the best way to set up an installation.

3 registers. Clerks couold not get any of them to work. After waiting in rain for about 10 minutes, we were sent to pay inside. Clerk inside store said I should have paid outdoors. I told her what happened, she argued about it.??
