The employees are very friendly and are willing to help the customers all of the times that I have been there. If I can not find something, I can always ask an employee and if they don't know exactly were it is they call another employee who would know.

I love this Elk Grove location, this store to me is remarkably clean for a place that supplies lumber and drywall compared to the one by my house.I am remodeling my kitchen and they had everything I needed in stock.The custome service for us was remarkable.They were always they to assist. Love their service. I will always shop there for all my home remodeling projects

Great staff! Elizabeth made our kitchen designing experience so great! She was fun, infinitely patient, and very helpful! I can’t wait to have her help us with our bathroom remodel. And Paulette in appliances was so knowledgeable and helpful! I felt like I was dealing with a friend. Great customer service from both ladies!

Store has crowded isles making it difficult to get around inside and out. Associate at the return service counter less than honest when asked to explain why some information from me was needed.

Working with Bart was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at Home Depot. He was knowledgeable but not pushy and kept telling me that if the product did not work, bring it back. While I was working with Bart another customer came up to him and gave him a big hug. After the service I received it did not surprise me. I am sure he has a fan club.

Today I was carrying a 50 lb. bag of salt to the self serve registers. An employee saw my arms full and came over and scanned the item for me and proceed to the check out / payment process.
