Great Store in our home town. Never a bad experience -- always clean and organized -- always an employee available pretty quick to answer questions or give direction to an item. I can even call ahead to make sure a particular item is available and the specific department clerk is always willing to put me on hold to actually check for me. That's appreciated

The store was very clean. I checked the website before arriving and it told me what aisle and bay had my products. I went to those aisles and everything was there! I was asked if I needed assistance and I told them "no thank you". It was great they were there in case I did need them. This is a large store and it possibly would be hard to manuever without some guidance.

The employees at the store were exceptional. They helped above and beyond in my requests.

I cannot begin to thank the wonderful staff you all have there, talk about team work. This is the way the world can thrive by God directing our every step.

Great selection of outdoor plants and supplies. No long lines and plenty of personnel available to help.

As a young woman, I am very often talked down to when in home improvement stores. I am very handy and sometimes employees treat me as if I am not capable of doing any type of building or home improvement projects. They ask me who’s helping me or comment on how I might break a nail. Today was not one of those days and it was all thanks to Bill in lumbar! I came in yesterday to look at some composite decking and when the store unexpectedly closed early Bill said to come back tomorrow after 5. I came back and he was busy so someone else came over and ended up telling me they couldn’t help. I left lumbar and went to find the screws I needed for the patio table I am making. Bill came and found me! He helped me there and we went back to lumbar to pick everything out. I knew what I needed but wasn’t sure where everything was. He even helped me cut my project after being told by another employee the saw was broken. He was extremely helpful and very welcoming. I witnessed him helping other guests as well. This was hands down one of the best displays of customer service I have ever seen across any store.

Jakub, Tyler and Erik helped load pavers into my car. They were very fast and efficient. Made sure to take care of the car. They were very friendly and made for a positive store experience.

I had to visit on Memorial Day and even though they were controlling entry, it went very smooth and the line moved quickly. Inside, the store associates were friendly and patient and were a tremendous help in finding what I needed as well as explaining how to do it.

Store clerks are not knowledgeable or friendly. Some are just rude. Will be going out of my way in the future to avoid this store.

We bought 7 doors from this store back in September. We were asked to pay for them up-front...The full amount. A project that was supposed to take 6 weeks took 6 months to complete. Doors had to be returned several times due to damages and errors. The last time had the last 3 doors damages as well. The customer service experience has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had and definitely will not be doing any projects with Home Depot in the future. Another issue is that on the estimate of how much trim would be needed we were charged double the amount that we should have. I understand having a little extra just in case but double the amount is unacceptable and really bad business practice. We had to wait over a month to get that money back and they treated it as if they were giving us a gift.

Every time I come into this home depot store I have a pleasant experience. The associates are very helpful and always take the time to answer questions. I was in need of a handyman and asked if they could recommend one. They took my information and entered it into the computer and by the time I got home my phone was ringing with responses to my request. Great customer service.

Store is generally clean and well organized. Since it is a smaller store, when compared to others' in the area, it contains less items on hand. Otherwise, it is well staffed and its employees are generally friendly.

All the products I needed for my bathroom tile project. Special out to Shawn for all his recommendations.

Nice and friendly staff, one of the staff member Elizabeth is outstanding, very helpful and has a very pleasant attitude.

Too congested with products in the front aisle of the store. Not enough room to get by. Must walk in a single file line. This is a horrible set-up for a Home Depot.

Employee would not assist a female customer. Too bad he didn't know she is an experienced, licensed, published architect who only wanted to know which isle had garage door opener light bulbs - and no my husband will not be replacing it!

Associates were barely visible and hard to find. Once located, they were not helpful in locating the product I needed so they said they would find an associate who could help. Nobody returned or came to assist me. The product I wanted to purchase showed 23 available on line, in stock at the store. When I arrived ten minutes later there was no product in stock. The system is highly inaccurate and associate service terrible.

Paulette provided the best customer service. She answered all my questions and took the extra time to understand and review the items I had questions on. She called me back and was very friendly and helpful. Just like family!
