The store is always neat and well stocked!

Extremely poor customer service experience with "Ken" in Tool Rentals. I've rented a handful of times from HD with different associates and had a fine experience. Ken was extremely rude in his demeanor towards other customers, his own co-worker, and myself. There are lots of good people out there looking for jobs, no need for bad apples to keep theirs.

Store is always friendly, inviting and clean to shop at. Associates are helpful ( if needed), concerned and friendly. Shopping at this store is a pleasur; I have never been dissapointed.

For a huge warehouse store things are fairly eto find and the employees are helpful and courteous.

I just filled out a customer survey which should have been for the Clarksville, IN store. The date of my visit was 3/5/21 at 02:18. I ran out of room on the feedback form and was unable to express my total disastrous experience with William. Totally bad experience with the assistant manager, William. The cashier (Candace) was wonderful. Another manager witnessed the whole thing as did Candace and several other employees. They all agreed that William was totally unprofessional and his attitude is the reason the Clarksville store has gone downhill.

The store was clean. I always found the things what i needed. I will always shop in this store. Staff is helpful. I always found staff at self checkout desk.

Associates are friendly and helpful. Always.

Best place for home shopping .

I was very impressed with the customer service of the staff. I needed some molding cut to length and was helped without hesitation. When checking out, Joy was extremely helpful and made me smile with her conversation and humor. Reminded me of a family member. Thanks to the staff for a great experience.

Thanks Home Depot for continually letting me know what it’s like to work at Home Depot without getting paid. I really enjoy ringing myself up, and on the rare chance I have to ask an employee for help, it’s good to know your system is such crap that they can’t look up a 2x4 x 2’ long piece of precut lumber. It was fun getting to run across the store to get the part number for you. Also, great call on a handheld scanner during a pandemic.

Jessica my cashier supported me very well. Her supervisor helped to resolve issue.

I ordered flooring from the McCormick location Sep 5, was due to arrive Sep 19. Thirty boxes of flooring were scheduled to be delivered this day so I requested the day off from work to be available to receive my order. I receive an email the morning of Sep 19 explaining that the order was cancelled. I scheduled floor installation that Monday, Sep 21 but with HD cancelling my order, I had to cancel the installation as well. I then go to Evanston because it stated on the website that they had 60 boxes of the flooring I needed so I went to this location after dealing with horrible service from McCormick. I went to the Evanston location Oct 10, where Paul from flooring helped me out. Paul was a very nice person, he was very kind and helpful even though I could not be rung up since the flooring was nowhere to be found. He stated that I would receive a call back by the next day to help with my reorder of flooring. On Mon Oct 12, I receive a phone call from Michelle H stating she could help with the product order. She explained to me that she already knew of the situation and that the 10% that I used on the cancelled order could still be applied and the delivery fee would be waived as well due to the inconvenience (I requested this). She was very unprofessional over the phone. When she couldn't figure out how to input things into the computer, she would curse with me still on the line. I was on the phone with her a total of 3x and on one of the calls I could hear her talking about me to her coworkers, thinking she put me on hold. "It's the same girl again, she keeps calling. I've talked to her 25x. 25 fkn times. First she wants 10% off then she wants free delivery". By the time she realized I was not on hold, she hung up and called me back. When I explained to her that I could hear her talking about me, she would try to interrupt me and change the subject about how she got my order done. I asked her if she can confirm my address because she kept saying my city was Evanston when it's actually Chicago. She told me the info would be in the email sent but I wanted to confirm before the email was sent in case there was an error, we could fix it before she completed the order. She repeated the address wrong then blamed it on her mask after yelling at me. I never received an email and when I asked for a manager because it seemed as if I was bothering her to help me, she told me there were no managers in the store that day. I called the same store back within the next 10 seconds and asked for a manager where I was directed to Edalia (sp). So basically, Michelle H lied to me when she told me there were no managers there. I do not go into any institution with a horrible attitude because I know how it is to work in customer service. It wasn't Evanston's fault or Michelle's fault that my order was cancelled the same day so there was no reason for me to take the blame on anyone. I was patient with her but she was unbelievably rude. If she does not like working there, then maybe she should find another place of employment. The manager Edalia (sp), was able to help me and complete the order and stated she would address the issue but I needed to leave the review in case it wasn't addressed. The problem with the world is the lack of humanity and kindness. I don't know why it's so hard to be kind to people especially if your job consists of you helping people! There was no reason for her to yell or mistreat me when I never gave her a reason to. She needs to work on her people skills and maybe find a different job where it doesn't require her to have human interaction because she was so incredibly rude, wow.

The Employees were fine at the store. The issue is the organization at the store. If you need to get a item from overstock. it took the workers over an hour to get my items off the shelfs. the quantity that I needed was in about 5 different locations throughout the store

Great place to shop*****. These guys know what they are doing and they go an extra mile in a friendly relaxed way. it is not only price that is right but service is fast and high quality. these guys take time to educate you and provide you with options. Great Team. A friend recommended this store few years ago so now I pass it on.

The assistance I received on the phone from Vick and the in store service I received from Marsha was great. They resolved my concerns in a friendly and professional manner. They make the trip to Evenston worth it.

GENERALLY THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE ASSOCIATE NAMED CHRISTINE (PRO) IN THE BUILDING AND MATERIAL SECTION WHO HELPED ME PROCESS MY ORDER INCLUDING DELIVERY. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE THAT AN ASSOCIATE LIKE HER HAD BEEN SO HELPFUL.

Wow, this location should be a model for their customer experience. It's always the same when i go to this location. I went in for paint today and Melanie helped me. She was amazing. I asked who the manager was because I was going to compliment her. She told me she manages the paint department I wasn't shocked but now I see why her staff is so good. The other day I went in again for another paint and one of the guys who works in paints (sorry forgot his name) was amazingly helpful. I was getting lines rolling and he helped me to fix that and told me which roller I needed based on the job I was doing. I then went to the checkout and Loretta had me laughing the whole time I was being checked out. I didn't realize she was done ringing me up it was so quick. Thank you Home Depot!
