They just remodeled their customer service area to handle more customers. I needed to return something today, and it was super easy, fast, and hassle free.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS HOME DEPOT SINCE 2017 MOSTLY DURING MY CONDO RENOVATION AND CAN TELL YOU THAT THE FIRST THING THAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK IS THE GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE THEY HAVE! NOT ONLY ARE THEY HAPPY TO SEE YOU BUT ARE RESOURCEFUL AS WELL. THIS PARTICULAR STORE IS ALWAYS FULLY STOCKED. AFTER SHOPPING THERE, ON YOUR WAY OUT, YOU CAN STOP AND GRAB VIENNA BEEF HOT DOG WHICH TASTE GREAT. I LEARNED THAT HOME DEPOT HAS OVER 150,000 VETERANS EMPLOYED AND NOT ONLY THEY GIVE US A 10% DISCOUNT ON MERCHANDISE, THEY ALSO PROVIDE US WITH VETERANS PARKING SPACES! TALK ABOUT SERVICE! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!

This location is very organized. Great customer service. Employees Kenny and Marchelle have helped me in past visits. They are a great asset.

Great Store

Clean, good location, very friendly employees

We recently moved into the area & over the last few months when shopping this store. This friendly associate ALWAYS greets us with a genuine hello & welcoming smile I actually think she is always working because I see her most every time helping someone. Well today I needed to fill out this survey because it's people like Slavica that make me want to come back & suggest this store to friends. She was so over the top helpful today picking plants I can't stress it enough thank you Slavica.

Nice change to the check out experience. Cashier line only necessary for purchasing certain items or if you prefer. New multi self check is fast, easy and accurate. Fun to use.

Great customer Service!

I came into the store to buy a Christmas tree and succulents for a Christmas present. The succulent selection was very good. The nursery workers were amazing! David and Brian helped me. David was flat out amazing he saw that the cashier had done me wrong and found me and then help me find a better tree and saved me from having to go to another store to buy a Christmas tree. He made it so much easier! I one hundred percent recommend David and Brian if you need any help at this Home Depot location

If you need to buy a Christmas tree, go visit this location and ask for David! Incredible customer service and treats you like you are the only guest in the store. If we are here next year, we are looking forward to buying from David again!

I've been shopping here for 20 years. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. It's my favorite one in the Chicago area, always clean, organized, stocked and easy to navigate..

This is my usual first stop when I need garden, paint, cleaning, and various home maintenance supplies. Staff is usually helpful and friendly.

Excellent service in my experience. Courteous friendly and professional.

Please check the twin packs of battery operated combination smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors. I purchased 11 twin packs and eight of those packs had the detectors but no mounting brackets to support the detectors in the packages. The service was very good probably one of the nicer Home Depots I have shopped in.

I don't see a lot of questions about the check-out staff. The lady, Carol (1902 00010 31806) that assisted me at the register was wonderful. She was the bright spot in my Home Depot experience today. She was friendly, courteous, offered assistance in helping me scan my products, offered the Home Depot credit card for additional savings on my purchase.

The cashier, Sandra, was very pleasant.

I came in there with a broken tube connector on a used appliance. Kerry helped me out by finding the parts I needed and even cementing a piece in! Great store, great service. Much appreciated.
