We found a really great deal on an outdoor table and chairs set. Karen was so nice and helpful! Chris was helpful as well, helping my husband load it into our truck.

Every visit to this location has been a pleasant experience, this last visit was no exception.

The Pro Department at the Florence Home Depot has been taking care of my company for over 1 year now. The staff is always friendly and helpful and over the top to make sure everything is taken care of for me. I will continue to do business with the Home Depot in the future, because if the care they provide for me and my company.

Purchased an item that was supposed to have a 3 year warranty. 2.5 years later when the Product doesn't work like it is supposed to, I am told to just deal with the manufacturer because there isn't anything that they can do about it. I called the day before I came to the store and was told over the phone to bring the item in and they would gladly exchange the defective item. I did just that and when I get to the store, I am denied the service I was promised less than 24 hours prior. Very discouraging to say the least!

Everytime I visit the Florence AL Home Depot I leave there confident after receiving adequate assistance in refence to knowledge about the task at hand.

Employees were noticably more helpful and friendly in this store than many retail stores currently.

Patrick took my information and before I knew it I was paying to the product and install. He is a very professional and personable young man. He knows what he is doing and has very good customer service skills.

This store is always great. Specifically when you have to deal with Malli. I will be contacting the executives of the company to get her the recognition she deserves. Polite, professional, efficient and knowledgeable are just a few descriptive words that I can share. It’s incredible how far good customer service can go - and take you. Sometimes all it takes is being kind to another executive for a Fortune 50 company to really spark your career. If Home Depot knows what they have in Malli, they will throw barrels of money at her to hope she remains loyal. Bottom line - outstanding service, outstanding person (Malli). This store is great.

I have been to several Home Depots in my day. At this location I can expect the best service from the staff because that is exactly what I get. I love shopping in a clean store where I don't have to hunt an associate down to find an item.

We always have the easiest time finding things at this location. Everyone is always so nice and eager to help in any way they can.

Karen and Rashonda were top notch today. They helped locate trees and load.

I'm always having to do little projects that my wife comes up with and Home Depot is only a short distance away and always have exactly what I need.

If it wasn't for the fact that I REALLY wanted the Rigid Power Tools then I would have walked out of the Florence, AL store and NEVER went back again!!!! All together it took between 2 days a 7 hour period to place my order and I still didn't get what I was trying to buy because I was told to have them issue a store credit on a return, which wasn't correct!!!! Because once they issued the store credit they couldn't void it and put my money back on my debit card or something like that so that I could order my stuff online even though their employee was the one who told me to have them do that. Because A STORE CREDIT CAN'T BE USED FOR ONLINE PURCHASES EVEN IF THEY DO IT FOR YOU IN THE STORE!!!!! (Even their employee's don't all know this either) I was told something different by EVERYONE I dealt with in the two day trip and even though they were nice enough to give me a extra $50 credit at the beginning of my 2nd trip, when I said something about the 3 hours it took to order my stuff and then they had still failed to give me the original $50 deduction that I was entitled to (for purchasing over $300 worth of merchandise, which was part of the Labor Day sale). The other 4 hours I spent there the 2nd trip was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND INFURIATING because they were not willing to admit that since their employee's were the ones who messed up, that they should make be the one's to make it right so I left NOT getting what I was actually trying to buy. Because it had to be purchased online and at that point I wasn't going to deal with any of them anymore that day!!!!! I wouldn't go back again to that location, but I still have my store credit and I'm NOT going to just write off my money!!!! I'm NOT saying that after I use my store credit that I won't shop at Home Depot, but I will most likely use another location!!!!

If you ever need flooring speak to Thomas he was so incredibly knowledgeable about the products that they carry. Helpful with our budget.

With the trend being towards interior barn doors, the exterior hardware is getting less and less common. Laurie the associate was awesomely helpful. She not only was knowledgeable she ensured that I had just what was needed and asked if there was anything else needed which reminded me to get materials I would need later in the project. I have been shopping this store for 20 plus years and this was the best experience yet.

Went to the store to pickup a few things for my shop, lumber, sandpaper, etc. went to the checkout. The one lady was checking out a person with a lot of items and kindly said the other two standing there at the self checkout would wait on us. When I went over there they ask card or cash, i said card which they replied any register would work and turn and walked away. So I returned everything to the shelves and went to Lowe’s
