We frequent the Florence location due to the fact that we are building our own home and my husband is a handyman! The staff here has been nothing but amazing, always helpful and willing to solve problems that arise. We confidently shop here knowing we will be taken care of.

I was welcomed and it was a great shopping experance.

Went there Saturday 10-8-2022 to purchase an automotive battery, no problem. Problem was, I had my old battery with me but nobody knew how to take my old battery and give me credit for it. So I got charged for a battery core even though I had my core with me!

Went in to purchase a grill and stood at the grills for a bit waiting on someone to come over so we could ask questions about a few we were interested in but no one ever came over. Had to go to the counter and wait in the checkout line and ask the cashier questions. After making the purchase not one of the employees (not even the cashier) asked if we needed help loading it.

I bought an Echo gas blower a couple of months ago and has exceeded all expectations, starts quick and easy and powerful.

Karen was my cashier and she went above and beyond to assist me. I asked a price of an item in the garden department. She asked another employee to check on that for me. Before the gentleman returned she had checked me out at my request as I did want to purchase the item from the garden department, I just wanted the price/cost of the item. She then walked with me to the garden department, looked up up and told me the price and also told me how many of the items were in stocks. She offered to assist me in anything else I might need, I thanked her and told her that she deserved a raise and/ or employee of the month or some recognition for exceptional customer service. I will look for her again, also I don't think cashier is her regular position as she stated she isn't usually up her at st service desk...I wasn't sure if she meant the register or not and didn't ask ad she was most helpful regardless

I needed a well pump for household use, and Home Depot had a good one in stock at a reasonable price. Been without water for a few days, and they really helped me get the pump quickly.

I bought a refrigerator from Florence, Al store 2 wks ago and today gave the review to the wrong store. I reviewed Tupelo, MS which is a good store, but Florence employees are magnificent and that is the review I was referring to.

Always lots of choices on things I'm looking for.

WE WERE LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC TOOL AND IT WAS OUT OF STOCK, BUT THE SALESMAN TOOK HIS TIME TO FIND US A COMPARABLE ONE THAT WORKS AS WELL.

I came in for a purchase of lumber. I left with my purchase and a smile.

Ask for Chase… If there is no Chase, ask for the most Informative and helpful employee they have.

This store is my go to, always have what I need when I need it, always friendly and go the extra mile

watch out for the rude associate at checkout, the one with dirty long hair.

I have never left the store disappointed by the help that I received from the employees

I was pleased to find out that Home Depot is offering lower prices. The employees there are so nice and very helpful. We will be back to shop again.

This store is a great example of what customer service is all about. From the friendly greeting when you arrive, to the excellent help available in every department I visited, to the checkout, even as you leave the store you're constantly greeted by friendly helpful staff members. A very pleasant shopping experience especially after being ignored by the employees at their biggest competitor.

Very clean store with items displayed well. Friendly associates that will ask you if you need assistance.

The employees were willing to help the customers. They were not standing around. They greeted all their customers with a smile and gave an appearance of wanting to help you. It was a good experience. They found my product and after we loaded my vehicle, there was room for one more box of six lights. They went inside and found another six lights and I made my second purchase right then. It was a great shopping experience.

Kylie, the cashier in the garden section, was extremely helpful and friendly.

I was very pleased with our Florence Depot in 2020 when building a deck for our house. I received great service and info from associates, and was able to purchase most if not all the materials needed for the project.

Well mannered and friendly employees. Always has the tools and materials needed. Will recommend to all family and friends
