Be careful what you buy in this store. Check the package. Even if it appears if it appears not to have been opened, most likely it has been. Don't be in a hurry if you need to ask questions. There a few sales associates in the store, and those who are there are hard to find. Recently, the items I have purchased have been a disappointment. The people at the Customer Service Desk are friendly and helpful for the most part. I have returned most of what I have bought there and have had no problems doing so.

Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to replicate the well pump and tank installation and all of the plumbing parts that went with it. The store was clean and the parts were easy to find.

As a former customer of Home Depot and I use the word FORMER, I strongly suggest to ANYONE ever making a purchase ensure they NEVER try to return it or anything else they may have purchased wrongly. I was just denied my return on an item purchased for Christmas WITH MY RECEIPT, WITH MY DRIVERS LICENSE, AND AN UN-OPEND PACKAGE. DENIED even store credit! Home Depot refused to return $187.00 from this FORMER CUSTOMER. Never make that mistake again!!!

The personel that work in the customer service are always so friendly, courteous, and helpful at the Florence store, which I find to be very different at other stores. I usually find grouchy, no personality, type people at service desk every where, but not so at this store. The heavy set colored girl is very outstanding. She may be having a bad day, but you would never know it !!!! They are all respectful, and willing and eager to help you . A FIVE STAR rating !!!!!!!!!

Our local Home Depot most always has what I'm looking for. All the employees seem to always be willing to help with finding products or advice as to application. Store is always well stocked & got most anything your looking for. And I'm sold on Rigid tools, own several. Quality tools @ a good price...

This is a very pleasant store to shop in. There are always store clerks present and eager to help. The cashiers are so friendly. The appearance and store displays are appealing and make your visit very enjoyable. I always feel welcome in this store!

Again I have to say I LOVE the Home Depot in Florence Alabama. The employees go above and beyond to help you. You are not only greeted but you are greeted in a genuine manner and with a smile. There is ALWAYS someone to help you. We recommend 100%

This Home Depot has a great selection of items for home projects and people like Missy Wade made your experience fun and easy. My grandson says she is the Best Ever!!!

The Florence Home Depot store is the most friendly, helpful store I use for my materials. It is conviente for me, and I trade at the other two, but I always prefer HD if at all possible

The gentleman working in the paint store was extremely helpful! He answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He even put my items in my buggy for me! I told him, "thanks very much". He said, "I've been working here for 35 years and I love my job and helping people". It showed how much he loves his job. This is my home improvement store from now on!

This location has very friendly and knowledgeable employees, a well stocked floor and I love the garden center. Cadeitra, the Customer Service employee who assisted me, went above and beyond to help me and get to know me. I would recommend this store to any gardener. :)

This Home Depot is very clean and shelves are well stocked. Price labels are clear. Employees are very friendly and very helpful. It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The cashiers are fast and friendly. Products are easy to locate. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

Employees are friendly and very helpful!! They go the extra miles to assist and rarely does any of them fail to ask if you need any help or if you found everything you came for. One lady cashier even went as far as to after checking me out to assist with loading my truck. I told Cheryl she didn’t have to do that and her response was “well I wasn’t doing anything else and you needed the help” It is rare this day and time for anyone in retail to do more than the minimum! Thanks Cheryl!
