we had questions answered and were shown options about items purchased for a home update and renovation...not rushed to decision. Really appreciated the help and patience.

This is a big, pretty store with lots of things to sell, but the cashier in the main showroom is all the way down to the far end, so customers must use self-service machines or walk all the way down to the other end to get a human cashier. I have been in this store several times. Once, I had excellent service and may have written a positive review. Twice, I have had poor customer service. Even when the customer service was poor, there were always some kind, friendly young people trying to do their jobs well!

One item under $10 could not self checkout, credit cards use only no cash accepted. Long line for cashier. One item wanted get in get out

Friendly employees ready to assist. They had products in stock and priced lower than other local hardware stores. This will be our first stop from now on.

He is very knowledgeable and tries to get the best pricing for you. Thank you, Thomas, for helping me with flooring. I've gotten flooring for 3 houses in the last 2 years from you and plan on many more!

Store is clean. The manager, Melissa goes above and beyond for the customer. Returns process is smooth and quick too.

Great store and great service

If you are a church or ministry, I would strongly suggest that you consider another place to make your purchase. Home Depot is not church friendly nor will it help your church with tax exempt purchases or problems. Either they don't how to handle non profit, church or ministry accounts or they choose not to fix the problems. One would think that a major corporation would have someone who understands what is and what is not a tax exempt entity.

Great store, great staff. But staff and customers alike are let down when erroneous information is provided on how quickly they can deliver major high end appliances. Apparently I will not have that new range and dishwasher a week before Thanksgiving to become familiar with its function and capabilities. Now it will be the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING! I wouldn't have bought it here if I had known this at the time of purchase. Thanks a lot for that extra stress of delivery and installation while family is here.

STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN WITH GREAT PERSONAL WHO ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL. IN FACT YOU CAN'T GO VERY FAR IN THE STORE WITHOUT SOMEONE ASKING IF THEY CAN HELP YOU, AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. HEAD AND SHOULDERS BETTER THAN THE OTHER BLUE BIG BOX STORE...

Appliance sales clerk was readily available, knowledgeable, and efficient. Older lady in garden center went above and beyond what was expected.

Product isles were well posted up top. Big signs, easy to read. I found the product I had been looking for, and had found nowhere else. Pleased with the price, the help getting all the items together, and the easy and quick check out.

This place is fantastic! We drive by at least two other home stores to shop at this one. We love the friendly workers, the well-stocked and clean store, and the knowledgeable staff!

Great store to shop, employees friendly and helpful, aisles usually are clear, all merchandise is clearly marked, and the tempature is always very comfortable.

I have always had a good experience at this store, The only complaint I have is not with the store but with the company, I returned a product for a refund, it was rang up and I was given a receipt, as of today the refund has not been put back on my debit card. Now I will have to make another trip to figure out why.
