It is always fun to just look around and get ideas for future projects. Everyone seems happy to assist in answering questions, s well as finding out when they may not know themselves.

The store is clean and well stocked. Employees are generally helpful and friendly. If you happen to be looking for lumber items be sure and ask for Jeff, he is very helpful and will make your visit pleasant. Anyone used to most “Big Box” stores will be made to feel like they were in a small town store with so many “how can I help you”, “did you find everything you needed?”, and “let us get that for you”. A real pleasure!

The overall cleanness of the store is a pleasant surprise and not what you might think of when you think of lumber. Wonderful store with great people!

I went in expecting to search for what I was wanting.... I had tremendous help for the employees. Opened a new acct with the help of Michelle. She had the item I needed brough up front for me (thank you so much) Joseph, my cashier, was wonderful. Thank you so much Joseph, I'm impressed, we shook hands and wished each other a Merry Christmas. Another gentleman directed me to the DeWalt product I was looking for and another gentleman in that department, helped me greatly explaining about some of the products.

Let's support our Home Depot in Florence Al. ,Its a wonderful place to shop for anything you need for your home.

Store isile packed with stock. Cart cart not easily travel. Kids set up in shingle isile. Could not access shingles. Insulation isile blocked with ladders. Here is a good idea. Have employees push cart through isile to see if Access is available.

The store is always neat and all the employees I deal with are always very courteous and friendly. On my recent visit I did not find the fall harness I was looking for and had seen on your web site. When I looked at lanyards I realized the only choice for the one I wanted was and online purchase only, although the same brand that you carry in house. Overall the service rep, Missy, was very helpful and she got the order taken. Had the items been in house however, I would have spent around three times the amount of money on the purchase. Ordering online I need to get the item in hand to make sure the quality is there before making a large purchase.

I have shopped at this store for over 5 years and i must say the customer service has improved tremendously in the past year or so. Please continue whatever has caused this change. It is so relaxing to shop at this store today versus a year ago.
