I was pleasantly surprised to find adequate staffing at noon on a Sunday. I was greeted by Aiden the moment I walked in the door. He was very attentive as he used his Home Depot app to help assess the available inventory at the local store to see if he could find the particular lawn & garden product I was seeking. I also enjoyed great customer service from David (a Navy vet) at the Customer Service Desk who assisted me in greater detail as we tried to determine the best green grass paint product for temporarily covering some ugly bare/brown spots in our front yard. Unfortunately, the desired products were available only online & not stocked by the local store. David also processed my transaction for Scotts EarthGro Black Mulch for the flower beds near our front porch. Finally, the young attendants in the drive-through/pickup garden area loaded a heavy bag of mulch into my trunk w/a friendly & helpful attitude. Overall, I had a great experience at this Home Depot store on this day.

I interacted with about eight employees today and each one was so kind and helpful. I felt like the employees were a great team working together. I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Franklin. Great employees!

Have gotten used to decent+ service at Franklin HD. Not this time, although there were some exceptions. Many of staff actively indifferent to customers. Ended up with a three hour visit, still left without items I wanted.

The customer service at the Royal Oaks Home Depot location is superb. The employees at the customer service desk (especially Twinkal) are great.

I purchased a BOSCH Laser Distance Tape Measuring Tool (~$45) online and HomeDepot.com sent me a box of mosquito attractant (~$10). When I contacted customer service online they told me the item I purchased cannot be returned online so I have to go in person to a store, which was ridiculous. Glad I went to this branch though! Zachary not only helped process the refund, but went above and beyond. When we realized the store didn't have any of the product I purchased in stock, he price matched the BOSCH model closest in price to it. I may not shop online at HomeDepot.com again, but I'll continue shopping in-person because of this interaction. Thanks, Zach!

We bought an LG top loader washing machine and it has an agitator and made right here in the USA

We have had very helpful Appliance Specialists in the floor -today with a refrigerator purchase of and with other major appliances in the past. Competitive prices and superb service without pressure. Knowledgeable employees are always friendly and helpful. Well be back.

This SOB sounds like a rusty hamster wheel and no one wants to help and I just bought it. Thank god I saved the receipt loading it up and taking it back

You walk in and walk around the store it feels a bit cluttered and dim lit. That is every Home Depot I visited from TN to FL. How about straightening it up and adding lights because I was at the end of isles and a bit dark! On the plus side, The Moen shower head with cable was in stock today and I got it and it’s working great!

I went to this particular HD to purchase a Cub Cadet riding mower. From the get go, I was treated with super friendliness. My customer rep Jennan got me registered (it's free) for a Pro Xtra account linked to my HD Credit card. Perks and such. I'll take them. She set up the loan, which is an interest free loan for 24 months!! Brandon, who completed the paperwork did so expeditiously. This Home Depot is a terrific example of how to do things RIGHT.

A cashier helped me sign up for the Home Depot credit card. I ended up saving almost $50 and basically getting a large amount of motor oil, a tote, and a lemonade for almost free.

Workers very friendly and helpful and even asked if I had everything before leaving the store.

I went to home depot a few times in Franklin and had a bad experience so I quit going 10 years . recently I was in the area and needed something so I stopped in I was pleasantly surprised how nice I was treated by my Cashier so I Dot home depot must have stepped up They're game . So i started going to other home depot such as the one in pulaski and in Spring hill and I regretted it. I was treated horribly. The 1 in Spring hill when I asked 1 of the employees to help me load some heavy roofing material he rolled his eyes at me and threw the roofing material on my flat cart he made me want to just walk out. I sent over $700 and wish I would had gone to the one in Franklin instead. The next time I did go to the one in frankland and again could not get any of the employees to help me with anything but when I got up to the cashier once again I gotta smile thank you for coming and help filling out a credit card to get a discount I really like her . Wish you had more people that was as happy and :) as she was.

Mike Roberts my Appliance Specialist was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgable, efficient and helpful. He purposely looked for ways to save me money and made sure I understood the entire delivery process and way to report any issues. Everything went well and the washer/dryer works great!

We ran in today to get something on sale for my dad. They were seemingly sold out on the floor but Marc from lumber got the help of Andre to locate the item from the top shelf. They got the machine and got them down for us. Loaded up our cart and sent us on our way. We remembered we needed a lightbulb for a lava lamp. Not my strong suit knowing what light bulb to get. But Cale was patient and kind and super helpful as we located the needle in the lightbulb haystack.

The design was wrong, they came damaged, and the team here makes it your fault and does NOT fix it. It's maddening. Stay away.

My wife and I bought a fixer upper and I've been to this location no less than 30 times over the past couple weeks. Every trip to this Home Depot has been great. Associates are very helpful and willing to put down whatever they're doing, to help me find what I need.

This store is hands-down the best one in the area. They have the most helpful, courteous and willing employees. Every time I have gone in, regardless of the department, they have blown me away with their knowledge and assistance. I'm pretty sure there's a store that's closer, but this is my store.

I've never been treated so well at any Home Improvement store. Both Marc & Eric are super friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable and gave me great advice on my closet shelf project.

Long time and frequent customer of Home Depot. It seems they've become non-complacent in their operational model regarding accurate computer inventory status and in-store customer service. Still better than the competitors, but not by much. If they don't address their inadequacies, they won't won't be number 1 for much longer. I'm speaking from a Fortune 100 corporation perspective.

I was issued a gift card for a return I made (I had the receipt). When trying to make a purchase and pay with the gift card, I was refused. After finally getting a manager there, I was told that the name applied to the gift card was 00. The return girl must not know how too properly do a return.

Nestled in the confines of Franklin is an oasis of home repair and improvement highly recommended. Home Depot of Franklin was a pleasant shopping experience that was recently visited in our trip to Franklin,TN. The sales associates were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well stocked. Checkout was simple and fast. Thank you Home Depot for providing such a nice store and valued team members here in Franklin TN.
