I was especially impressed with a young man named Connor who was my cashier. Not only was he very courteous, but he was very well-versed in the location of various items in the store. Most impressive for one so young, I think.

I always have a good experience at my local Home Depot. The Franklin Home Depot has provided our family with excellent products and service through small projects and repairs, kitchen and bath renovations, as well as large additions onto our home. I find that the employees go the extra mile to help me when I have questions or problems and to me this is very important. We ordered our kitchen cabinets for our DIY reno from The Home Depot in Franklin and the store designer was superbly knowledgable and helpful. The prices were more than fair. And our order was delivered on time and in great shape. Whether you're choosing paint or cabinet pulls or ordering cabinets or roof trusses, you'll be glad you chose the Franklin Home Depot.

Purchased garage doors at local Home Depot on second visit to learn about available options. Samples of the doors were hanging on the wall with a brochure that matched the samples perfectly. Both explained the differences in insulation and outer materials well. The salesman was available immediately and was knowledgeable about the products. He was quite helpful in showing me the options on his computer and answering all my questions patiently. Visited local competitor who had none of this and website didn't work. Home Depot's website was great for me to play with options again when I was at home to help make the decision on style of doors and windows.

Great variety of plants to choose from for landscaping. Friendly employees in store to help locate items needed. Self check out easy!

Great place to shop

The store was neat and orderly with most items in stock. When I had a problem, I was easily able to find an associate who gladly helped answer my question or help me locate an item. The associates at this store were all friendly and more than happy to help any and all the customers who came into their store.

You should use Asa, cashier in the Garden Dept as an example of a great employee! Kind, courteous, smiles, quick, competent, helpful. He deserves cudos for being an exemplary employee. Most his age do not seem to be grateful. He is & it shows. If I had a company, I would have tried to hire him on the spot!

The store is always clean and has friendly associates willing to help. If I don't know where something is, associate is willing to take me to it. As a plus they are very knowledgeable as well. Makes for a positive shopping experience

The store was clean and easy to navigate. I lived in Vinings in the Atlanta area and had the opportunity to show the Home Depot across the street from the Home Depot office. Store #0734 is very close to performing as the store in Vinings. I found what I was looking for and the store was clean. I did have to search out an employee for assistance.

The staff at this store are very helpful and the check out is lighting fast.

Jake in lumber was a huge help. He looked over my project, discussed the design and directed me toward the right products. He was knowledgeable about the lumber but also made sure I had items from other departments that I would need to complete the project. I also received great service from another man (didn’t get his name unfortunately) in hardware. Store was clean and well stocked.

I've never been in a Home Depot and felt like I couldn't ask for assistance. This particular store is no different. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

I love this place. It's like a giant version of the hardware store I worked in as a kid. Everything is there and everybody is cool and it's close to home. I can order stuff and pick it up on the way home from work.

Mike and Renee went above and beyond to help me. Renee is incredibly knowledgeable about plumbing and she helped me find the parts I was looking for, additionally she gave me the confidence to fix an intimidating project. You won't be disappointed if you ask for her.

Great store! Very helpful employees, I like coming to this store better than the Moore's Lane location. I live in the middle of the two and will always drive to this one.

With home improvements a constant 'hobby' in our home, it is so great to have almost everything we need at our fingertips and so close to home. But, the real treat are the store employees, they are so courteous and helpful. My husband will go to this Home Depot to get heavy and cumbersome cabinet and building materials for our remodeling projects and there is always a young man offering to help load, etc. The greeter at the main entrance is a treasure and the effects of the customer service philosophy and atmosphere filter throughout the store. Even ordering online is a pleasure! Thank you. Other stores are not so filled with the 'customer service spirit'.

The store is conveniently located, has plenty of parking and is well stocked. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

This store provided an awesome shopping experience during a stressful holiday shopping season! It began with a friendly, smiling greeter at the front door. Then the department associate gave me some much needed help finding the appropriate item and was knowledgable about which item would meet my needs. Lastly, the cashier was very helpful when I needed assistance checking out. So all in all, it was a pleasurable shopping experience.

This store is maintained at the best level possible. This is a high traffic area of Williamson County TN and has a tremendous of homeowner as well as HM Builder Traffic. The store is well stocked and the stock is maintained. The sales staff and cashers at this store are always friendly and helpful.
