Skylar, Kat and gosh I didn’t get his name but he worked the aisle that sells screws. These employees were great, they went above and beyond to help me with what I needed.

I love home Depot. This location is always well stocked and pleasant to shop. Just wish they would petition to get direct access from Highway 17 like their competitor has. It's a disadvantage to a great store.

Do your company a favor and your employees and most importantly your customers and do away with the self-checkout they're a bad idea

Dryer was just what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

I am so happy to call this my Home Depot. we work for the local county doing facilities maintenance so we are in and out a lot. they always take care of us and we are tax exempt so going throw check out they are always eager to lend a hand we love this store

I was purchasing a refrigerator over the phone with the help of Pamela DiSpirto and Manager Amanda, both were very helpful and very patient. We were having trouble with splitting the payment up over the phone. After two calls to the Home Depot Credit card company with no result. I then drove up to the store because I didnt want to loose out on this deal. Pamela and Amanda were still there with my order still up trying to find out why the cards would not work over the phone. Completed the purchase with no trouble at all in the store. I want to say thank you to Pamela and Amanda they did so great and very helpful and their Great Customer Service Showed.

One of the best shopping experiences ever thanks to our Great shopping experience thanks to our salesperson, Paula. She went well beyond her job to ensure we could get our product at the best possible price and with a Home Depot card. Thank so much, Paula!

Store is awesome very good customer service parking lot is very bad and unsafe for people especially the handicapped hard to push carts to cars or trucks needs dire attention to resurfacing

Too many times we've planned our purchases using the website and then shown up to find the "in store" price in Gloucester significantly higher (like 20-40%) higher. We've also found higher prices in Gloucester than in Richmond and other cities. It feels like the only way you can be sure of getting a decent price is to buy online and pick up in store. But if you do so, be prepared to wait a while. The poor employees are usually trying to manage too many tasks at once and the online pickup seems disorganized. They always have to have a treasure hunt around the store to find your items. Also, no curbside pickup available in the evening. Employees are usually nice and try to help, but just spread too thin. It's often hard to find someone to help you in a department (like paint) and they don't have any of the handy "push for help" buttons.

John in plumbing/electrical was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable & patient. Stellar customer service.

I purchase 90% of my tools and materials from The Home Depot in Gloucester. I find the employees to be helpful and nice. The store is well maintained and I usually find what I need. If they don't have it Homedepot.com and I have what I need.
