This store is awesome! Peit at the Pro Desk I would highly recommend to anyone!! The cashier (Becca) was wonderful!! She check us out with a smile and was very efficient!!

I worked at this store for 4 years around 2013, we apparently had a lot more rules and greater standards to uphold. I had to return an item today and I stood at the return desk for 3 minutes with the light on and not one of the 7 young employees acknowledged me, they just kept walking by. A girl finally asked me if I had a return....(Obviously I'm not standing there for my health) She told me to bring it over to the service desk. That was the only greeting I got from her. The only other words she spoke was.... "do you want this back on your card or cash", and "answer the question on the pin pad" and "sign".... THATS IT!! Needless to say I was shocked. I could blame it on her having a rough day... but when I was standing at the returns desk all 7 of the kids were laughing and having a good ole time. I'm upset how the manners in the store have just disappeared and I don't want to have to take my business to Slowes. ( And yes I meant Slowes... if you worked at home depot then you know lol)

Store was/is generally clean and associates are ready to help the customer. I appreciate that most of the time I am pleased when I've shopped there. Just the past week we went to shop for mini-blinds for our utility room to replace old ones. The clerk who helped us was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable concerning the products we wanted. She told us several things about measuring properly and about the sweepstakes currently going on, as well as if anything was wrong with the product when we got home, we could return it, which did happen. Our shopping experience that day was excellent, fast and easy!

My favorite Home Depot store. All the employees are friendly and very helpful.

At The Home Depot in Gloucester (#4650) I have had no problem finding someone knowledgeable and customer friendly to help me and answer questions that I have. I have not had to wait for long periods of time or 'hunt' down someone. I have never been pressured to buy anything but the Product Specialists seem to know their products and are professional and friendly, not to mention helpful.

Clean store and pleasant employees. Employees are always pleasant and willing to lend a hand.

Wonderful Store with informed and friendly workers!

Went in to buy carpet. We were immediatly helped as we looked at rolled carpet. Chose the carpet, got it rolled and paid for right there, scheduled for pick up later in the day. When we arrived later to get the carpet it was ready to go, no waiting or run around. Great experience for a big box store: friendly, efficient and knowledgeable

We visited the store on a Sunday afternoon, the store felt safe and clean in this time of Covid. We received such great customer service in the Appliance Department and Kitchen Design Center that we are using the Pro Services for our kitchen remodel and looking forward to moving onto the bathroom project!

Having a designer in the cabinet department is a bonus. Holly is very knowledgeable and can provide ideas you would never think about to coordinate. Her assistance will eliminate your overwhelming feeling. The store has an array of kitchen choices to make your selection.

Every time I shop at this store, all employees inquire if you need assistance with any thing. Very friendly staff.

If you have any need for Appliances, ask for Paula. She is AMAZING! She helped me pick out all of my new appliances for my new home! She was extremely patient and helpful!

I found the employees @ the Gloucester store to be friendly & helpful. Not so much so @ the Williamsburg store.

Store was clean & aisles marked good. Items easy to find & assistants & clerks friendly.

My order was delivered incomplete and missing pieces were promised to be expedited but weren’t. This pushed my install date to the point of extreme inconvenience for me.

This store has the nicest staff imaginable. The kitchen department is very helpful.

This Gloucester Home Depot has a group of employees that actually are there to help the customers. They are all courteous and friendly. I purchased a freezer and Paula helped me decide and took care of all the details so I can have it delivered to my door. Thank you Paula!

We have lived in Gloucester for 26 years and have done many home repair/remodels using this home depot and have been very pleased along with purchases of appliances and lawn and garden items. We have had some many great experiences with this store and highly recommend them for your home services and remodels. We have had quartz counter tops done back in 2009, have had wood flooring done, had kitchen cabinets refaced, garage door with opener done, many appliances replaced, stove, two fridges replaced, grills, riding and push mowers, many ryobi tools purhased. have been very happy with all items, and installers who have done the work.

I highly recommend the Gloucester Home Depot. From our experience, we found the staff extremely helpful, the store organized and wonderful to shop in. We worked specifically with one of their kitchen designers and the experience was fabulous. This employee went beyond the "call of duty" in every respect. Each of our wishes, changes to the plan and/or any concerns we may have had as to our needs in our new kitchen were met with a smile; we could not be happier. We are most looking forward to the installation of our new kitchen! Thanks so much to all those at HOME DEPOT!

It was the best shopping experience I've had in a long time in a hardware store of that size. The employee's were helpful and readily available including the guy in the parking lot. A rare experience for me. I won't hesitate to return.

We selected this store even though NN location would of been closer, we knew we would have great customer service and help if needed. We were looking for blinds for our entire home and Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also was patient and took out the headers of two brands so we could compare. We appreciated his time and help!

This particular store is very clean, organized, and well stocked. The employees demonstrate excellent costumer service. I am pleased after every trip here. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy going. 10/10 I highly recommend this store.
