Sales people Rasa and Paula made shopping at Home Depot for a new electric range easy. Knowledgeable and attentive.

The Gloucester Home Depot met our needs and even went above and beyond. The employees, are amazing at the customer service desk!! They work hard to fix problems and not leave you in the dust!! Thank you ladies you are amazing!! The store is also well organized even my kids know where things are located.

Erika is a super hero. Really. She saw me wandering around like a lost puppy. I didn't know where to go. I just knew that I had to get out. So she caught me and took me by the hand and said the most super hero thing you could say: " Are you ready to check out?" I was. I was so ready. The time had come for me to leave this gigantic maze of toys. She could've just let me wander all the way to the other end. To the dreaded self checkout. But in all seriousness she was great. Dont worry she didnt grab ne by the hand.

Good store, the staff is helpful as a rule, with no exceptions I can think of. This is my "go-to" store in any of my household emergency situations.

Great store to shop in. Flooring, appliances, kitchen cabinet and counters areas are always knowledgeable and helpful. Also the service desk is extremely efficient and can quickly retrieve the on-line orders. Once shopping is completed, they offer and will move and load the order to your vehicle. The staff in this store is great. Very helpful and eager to offer assistance whenever it's needed.

Denise R. in Customer service went above and beyond in handling transactions for us in establishing a new HD credit card and making our first purchase. She was friendly, efficient and skilled in handling and noticing details. We realized that she hadn't been to lunch yet during her shift and were even more appreciative that she didn't make us feel she was just trying to get her job with us finished so she could rush off. She also answered the phone several times during our time at the counter (part of her job) and was able to direct and help caller as well, doing several things at once. Thanks Denise!

The store was clean and products were arranged conveniently. Personnel was extremely helpful and checkout was fast and easy.

If you are seeking new appliances this is the best store to check out...they are extremely informative, go out of their way to help and make sure you are satisfied, all the while taking their time, focusing on you and not trying to hurry you along.

Great shopping experience. Isaiah and the Customer Service Cashier were helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Will definitely shop here again and search out their advice on purchases. Walking through the store, it was well organized, well staffed and everyone was doing something. There was no chaos! I even heard the guys in flooring talking about ideas for storing and displaying the flooring better. They were excited, sharing their ideas, using items they had on hand.

Almost all of the associates at this location are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Best customer service ever. No less than 4 or 5 associates asked me if I needed help. The lady at check out was very friendly. Even the other customers seemed happy and friendly.

This store overall has a great reputation in our Community. The Associates are very friendly, easy to find and knowledgeable about their area of sales. Store appearance is clean and well stocked. I know of many contractors who will go nowhere else!

If you ever need help Home Depot is the place to go. The salespeople are knowledgeable. It is nice to go to a place where you walk out with the right tools.

This store has very friendly employees and are happy to find someone to help if they can't address your issue. My return was done easily and quickly and they called someone over to help me locate the right item. Great service.

Que is an Assistant Manager and he is outstanding!! He knows how to use customer service and always goes above and beyond. Jezzie is a cashier and she is excellent. Always greets you with a smile and has outstanding customer service!!
