Quickly got assistance with our purchase. Employees were pleasant and knowledgeable. We were happy to find a mini refrigerator available and IN STOCK! The store held our purchase up front as we arranged for a friend with a truck to help us get the mini refigerator home.

I love the Gloucester Home Depot. They always have what I need and very friendly!

Today, I traveled an hour to reach Home Depot. Customer service provided by Christian W. in lumbar was exceptional! He was professional, friendly and truly demonstrated his love for his job. This was so refreshing to see. Christian W. is an asset to Home Depot.

I can always find all the necessary products here & the staff is so helpful. Gloucester is just so much better to shop in as the people are so helpful 7 pleasant. They built me some beautiful custom cabinets for my remodeled laundry room & it it great looking now! Plus I got to pay it off in installments.

The staff here are always so helpful. As an art teacher, I often find myself with odd requests, and a need for creative solutions. The staff always help me find a way to complete my class projects, in addition to the many DIY projects I have going on at home. They also help me keep my purchases and projects within budget, by exploring more economical materials and options.

The staff. The young man was very busy stocking areas working with another man driving a forklift. However this young man helped us fill our lumber order and then made all the straight cuts. Did not get his name but it was around 5:30 pm yesterday. Also we want to acknowledge Sales Cashier Brook Lynn. She was also very nice and competent. She suggested to my wife and I that we could save 25.00 on our total if I would apply and be approved for a Home Depot card which I did and was approved.

Holly LaCombe was extremely helpful and patient with us. She explained everything over and over until we understood the whole cabinet buying process. She is very good at her job. Thank you Holly.

Employees at this store on average are friendly and helpful!! One employee that we dealt with went above and beyond normal customer service to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase of a new washer and dryer. If you want awesome customer service and support when looking for appliances, ask for Paula Boyd. You will definitely be taken care of. Thank you Paula!!

This store if fantastic but sadly Home Depot has become a puppet of the Left and will only be receiving my future business when absolutely necessary. I've been a loyal customer for many years and it truly saddens me to end this relationship due to a cowardly senior staff.

So good to have a Home Depot in Gloucester! It is easy to get to, parking is always available and store is well-stocked with items of all kinds for the home and garden.

The employees are so friendly and are always willing to help you locate anything you are looking for. Quantity of stock is always sufficient.

Poor customer service. The guy who was supposed to come help never did. Instead he left the customer he was with and was supposed to come to us and walked off. We found him at the customer service talking to another female employee. We've been coming here for a long time. I wouldn't return and don't recommend this Home Depot.

+The entrance and exit should be in close proximity to lessen the walking distance for customers and the contractor service area should be separate for the benefit of the contractors and the general public.
