There were many lumber carts sitting in the aisles, full of online orders. Unfortunately, there weren't enough carts available for me to find one to use during my visit. I see this frequently. Moving through the lumber aisles is also a problem because of all the full carts siting around.

Needed 12 but only saw 3 — they found the other ones Thanks Matt, Larry and Fred

I came in earlier this morning looking for plants, staff was very helpful and showed me different kinds of flowers. He even helped me find the best looking one. I will definitely be shopping here again!

The cashiers here are friendly here. Never had an issue with this store.

Sheery M was knowledgeable about the products and services offered at Home Depot. She helped assist me with no hesitation. I found her to be pleasant. She was extremely helpful and courteous the entire time while helping me locate specific items. She deserves a raise.

I have been shopping at Home Depot since the facility was first built and always found what I need from the Staff there!

Experience was awful. Never heard from designer after I paid for measurements. Emailed to ask what happened to my design and they just refunded me measurement fee.. left me hanging.

Products are Products, but customer service comes from the people and I just can’t say enough about the customer service toward me and others, especially the thoughtfulness of the elderly and being patient with them

Had to cross over and find my husband a valentine's gift I needed assistance with pricing and TAMMY was there when needed never left when going to checkout CELESTE made it nice and smooth

We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Ellington who is the kitchen design consultant. She is an outstanding professional. If you are thinking of a kitchen remodel or new kitchen I recommend taking the time to go to Home Depot in Hampton and looking he up.

None of the associates care to be there and couldn’t even address their customer. But they all seemed to have plenty of time to talk to each other. But I guess I just happened to find every associate that wasn’t in their dept.

A salesperson’s attitude is contagious and goes a long way to make customers feel satisfied.

I think any other Home Depot is better than this store if you need help with anything in that store good luck they’ll give you the nastiest attitude & possibly not even help at all until they realize they’re wrong about something.

No matter what I need, any product for home or business I can find it at this store. It is clean and the associates are friendly. Management is second to none.

I bought a phone cord from here and it was just what I needed. The only thing was they didn't have a varity of colors, but overall great and the cord works well.

On Black Friday I decided I needed to down size on my Christmas Tree, I said I’d never shop again on Black Friday because of service and over crowded rude people at the mall! Well , your day time manager , Jaylen, and Travis took wonderful care of me as if I was the only customer in the store! The store was well stocked, very clean , organized and full of helpful friendly staff that proved team work works even on extra busy days! Thank you all for taking care of my needs like I was your only customer! You all nailed it! Bonnie Carrico

I was interested in replacing my front porch railings. A employee took the time to explain there were options such as there being a kit, different materials etc.

I needed 5 items and I was in and out in 15 minutes!! Way to go HD!!!

I decided to buy a new grill from this store, and I had the best experience since I have been home in Hampton, during this visit. I placed an online order that was supposed to be delivered from this store. The order was cancelled. The person who called me did not offer any solution or alternative. He said I would get a refund. I only got a partial refund to my credit card, when I paid the full amount with the card. Nobody could tell me why this happened. After 45 minutes on the phone, they said I could come to the store to get cash (the store is 1 - 2 hours away from me depending on traffic) or they would send me a check which would arrive in two weeks. I will believe it when I see it. I had to give my DL # to get the check. I am not even sure the person on the other end got my information right.

If all of your employees were as terrific as Jasiah, your store would be packed with people. I needed help with paint selection and Jasiah was able to take care of everything so I didn't have to spend a long time in the paint department and read every can to find what I needed.

I purchased a Frigidaire Electric Range in Black Stainless Steel and it is excellent. The Burners heat fast and the oven seems much larger than our old Frigidaire Oven. The color matches our Refrigerator perfectly. We will purchase a new Dishwasher in the future and will definitely return to our Home Depot.
