This pro chin saw blade is the best on the market...They last longer.

The store location is irrelevant in regards to my overall rating. Home Depot's change to military discount is incredibly inconvenient. You can no longer enter your phone number to receive the military discount, you have to open the Home Depot app on your phone and scan your military discount barcode. Why do I need to scan the barcode located in the app to receive an in store military discount??? The employee assisting me at self checkout was helpful but couldn't even locate the correct barcode on my phone or hers! This new requirement is not user friendly.

Paint department at the Hampton Store has been going down for a couple of years. I've addressed concerns on several occasions. They are consistent at lousy service, even if you spend thousands a year on paint for your business.

I would like to see something to dress up the store front. Not just seasonal but greenery / plants flower beds ECT. Also add dog poop bags (outside) for visitors with dogs.

The supervisor Mikese made my shopping experience a pleasure. She resolved a previous issue the other supervisor failed to execute. Supervisor Mikese went above and beyond to resolve my issue with the Store Manager. Supervisor Mikese overpromises and delivers exceptional customer and leadership skills. I feel other supervisor and managers should follow Ms. Mikeses' attitude and leadership. Thank you Ms. Mikese for making my wonderful shopping experience!

Love shopping at the Hampton Store, Cashiers always friendly, find product most of the times. Store is always clean.

I would like to recognize Robin in the paint department, she was very pleasent, explained the different types of paint to me and went out of her way to make my paint darker a couple of times till i was satisfied with the color. Thanks Robin

The store is great but some of the employees are horrible. Customer service definitely needs to be addressed at this store. It’s a lot of younger people working at this store. An employee by the name Nesenya made my experience very interesting. So much so I almost forgot where I was. I went to the self checkout and the computer gave me an error message because I scanned the wrong barcode. She came out of nowhere and snatched the scanner out of my hand. She snatched it so hard it jilted my body. I told her don’t ever snatch anything out of my hand. She went back and forth with me. I later went to the customer counter to speak with the manger (Denise)about my experience. The agent called her to assist but she never showed up. I guess what they say is true. People are only as good as they’re leader. Customer service is truly lacking these days but I refuse to except it on my end.

I had a great experience at this Home Depot. The employees were great. Everyone was helpful and patient.

It is sufficient to say that driving through the 64 tunnel to go to the Chesapeake or Norfolk store is worth the trip. The store associates are horrible and treat customers like we are a major inconvenience to their day.

Excellent kind friendly helpful knowledgeable people work at this Store - that is why I do all of my hardware, equipment, and tools purchasing there. The product selection and quality are excellent, too.

The gardening section was very neat and had so many options (flowers, plants). The staff is extremely friendly and there is always someone available to assist.

I am a very loyal customer. The employees are so friendly and helpful. It's makes me want to go back to work. And, I am retired! Thank you!

Richard in the plumbing dept and the asst mgr Denise made this shopping trip an extraordinary experience. After having a bad experience with the previous associate, Richard and Denise came to the rescue. :) they got us exactly what we needed and solved all our problems. Richard has exceptional knowledge in plumbing. I am so happy we came in contact with him. Both Denise and Richard's service to us has won our loyalty to Home Depot. You made a customer for life! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and were more then willing to help me find the items I was looking for and needed.

Products are in supply and are not setting on the floor in unsafe location for others to trip over as in the Portsmouth Virginia (Actuall in Chesapeake) Store. Employees are more into conveniencing the customer, verse conveniencing themselves. The Lumber is always clean, very good grade, grabable and well positioned.

The Hampton Va Store was awesome, it was my first time shopping there. The reason I went today was to buy a Work Bench on wheels that a family I know purchased yesterday, they said they were pre-assembled and on the floor. So I decided first that I would look a GE Refrigerator because I have been in the market for one and was told by a comparator that they were on back order. Low and behold you had the very one I've been interested in GWE19JSLSS - the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable - her Sales number is TXP14LF, she needs to be made aware of this. Then I purchased the Work Bench a very nice man, sorry I did not get his name showed me how to release the break on the wheeled legs he then gave me a clear plastic sheet with the bar code and price to present to the cashier. The cashier was very nice also her Sales number is TXL2LPZ. Nice clean store, everything presented beautifully and wonderful employees.
