I've been a long-time Hampton Home Depot shopper and love the employees and its close proximity to my home. The store is always clean, and the employees are always very helpful.

Special order item wasn't in stock and very friendly folks assisted in that ordering process.

Literally everywhere that employs the people living in hampton are some ghetto, trashy people. This Home Depot is not like that and you won’t find anyone as unprofessional at this place as you can find elsewhere in the town. Great location for folks in Hampton this place

We stopped by the store today. to get some things for a project at home. While there we noticed a deal in the Home Depot app that sadly said there was no inventory in the store for our item but there was in fact one in the store. The Customer Service advisors were Great. Rhonda at the customer service desk, and Jackie in tools area very friendly and helpful.

67 or 68 year old employee that usually works in plumbing or electrical department helped me by cutting lumber, he is an outstanding employee that should be recognized and commended by management! He was truly outstanding! Energetic, kind and knowledgeable!

The cashier alasia was so friendly and prompt at self checkout she said i could do the survey to help her get recognized in the company so i hope this helps

I shop there almost 4 to five time a month

Richard in electronics was very friendly when helping me find a good security doorbell and Celeste at the register was amazing and very kind.

I needed some help on a project, and received it without even approaching and employee. Clean organize store. Employee’s interaction with each other looked like a family. Nice experience.

As soon as I stepped into the appliance section I was immediately greeted by this wonderful associate, she showed me all the options that were available and helped me set up the best home delivery experience I’ve ever had. TODAY I BOUGHT SOME BOLT CUTTERS FFOR MY HUSBAND FOR FATHERS DAY AND I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE ENTERING THE STORE, NOT KNOWING WHERE TO GO, TO CHECKING OUT WITH NO PRICE TAG. I can happily say that I always have such a rewarding experience when I come to this Home Depot. I can always find what I need and always something new to purchase.

HD is perfect when you need some advice in the area being worked. There is usually a knowledgeable employee in the section respective to the DIY materials. I dislike how the company leverages the AP as the only way to take advantage of instore pro and military benefits. This is in addition to a required registration.

Had to get another extension cord and quick. I went to Home Depot and was so surprised that the product was less expensive than the other place I bought one

This store is always neat and well stocked. Everything was easily marked. I am not a handyman(person). I am a Medical Social Worker that needed to pick up some things for my office. It was so easy for me to navigate!
