There are some other options, but by and large Home Depot has a monopoly in our area. I go there because the alternatives are 30 minute or more drives. Perhaps it would not make a difference, but maybe competition would cause Home Depot to step up their game. Me and my friends call it Home Disappointment.

I had a contract work order I needed to fill I couldn’t figure out how to order it and charge to my Home Depot account Cass from customer service went way beyond the norm to help me She took over an hour to work this out Great customer interaction and support They need more employees like this! She deserves a raise!

I love the location with Wegman's and Target in the same plaza area.

I've visited this Home depot several times in the past month for a project I'm working on. I cannot say enough good about the team of workers here at this location. Its an almost 90s customer service feel. They treat you like you're their one and only>>>,and zero phones out. That's enough to make ya almost pass out....I really love this store.

Most staff are rude and incompetent.

Bought a refrigerator from Nicholas. He was very polite and knowledgeable and patient.

Suzanne and April at customer service desk were amazing this past weekend in assisting us to finish my online order and get it scheduled for delivery. I had tried online several times, which I've ordered a lot online, but it would not finish the order. No worries, all the stuff is coming for the new deck this week!

Okay, I recently moved from a more populated place. Having said that, there is a lot of building and remodeling going on around here. I would think the Home Depot would like to cash in on this. I would like to see more tile, flooring and building supplies. There is not a great selection.

We had recently been in Lakewood and decided to try the Home Depot close by in Jamestown. I was really impressed with how clean the store was. We normally go to Olean, which their store is clean but crowded. I loved the Jamestown store because you could actually take your time and look at things without moving aside for a crowd of people to get by. I'd highly recommend checking it out. We purchased a tree on their Black Friday special. It is beautiful and well worth much more than we paid. Great atmosphere and fantastic products.

Employees run from woman as though we don’t know what we are looking for.

I have several lawn chairs that looked pretty dreary over the years. I used 2X spray paint for plastic and it brought new life to all of our lawn chairs and trays. I am very pleased with this product.

We went to buy paneling, it said there were 115 on hand in our store. There was 1. They could not find the other 114, which was a pallet's worth! We were told..... "....... sorry"

The paint department has been very helpful to me. The cashiers that watches over the self checkout, specifically Laurie, have been great.

Home Depot in Jamestown NY is friendly, VERY helpful, professional, and gives eye contact with a smile.

We paid big $$$ for a quality countertop through home depot. They sub out everything to installers. They were late with completion and when finally got to install didn't have all the finished sections with them to top it off because they were short materials they put a huge seam right in the middle of our counter. Ruined the look of our new kitchen. Hone depot's response was its fine and we'll give you $300 off. End of discussion. NEVER BUY from home depot!! Worse decision we've ever made.
