Friendly customer service and easy pickup.

Of all Home Depots I've been in in the last few years, Home Depot 6154 is the cleanest and best organized. The employees are always polite and eager to help out.

The persons at "self" checkout are unwilling to do a checkout even if asked to do so politely. They outright refuse it. However the personal at contractor checkout are very willing. I strongly recent this.

Would very much like response ran out of space in survey. Damage to washer paid for at store ordered for delivery , yesterday 9/25/19 due for delivery between 12-3pm. Husband called after allotted delivery time no emails no calls from delivering company or Home Depot. Washer damaged in delivery will not receive unknown delivery date for new washer will have to call back with delivery date. Had neighbor standby at house for delivery and husband called after 3 pm to find out status. Response after husband calling” washer damaged in delivery will order new one will call with next delivery date tomorrow.” Understandable to have accidents or damage not real happy no one called or emailed with delivery status or no delivery that day. Have been a very good customer and frequent shopping of local store. Was treated with nonchalant attitude and with a simple notification no delivery would happen is just not very respectful. As of today no one has called or notified and it is 3:30 pm. I have checked emails voicemails and no response. Feel a little taken advantage of and feeling of insignificance. This is not good customer service bought a complete kitchen and lots of other items just in this past year. Will think hard before doing this again. The staff at local store has always been helpful and no issues with that but the delivery service thus far is terrible and now have to go without washer go to laundry mat and no answer or call about next delivery. My husband is calling 800 number currently to find out answers. They stated would call back but no response yet.

The store always looks good and the Staff are very friendly and there is great customer service in this store! I highly recommend this store!!!!!!

Unfortunately, this is the only Home Depot store in our area and the customer service has gone downhill fast over the last 10 years . For a consumer it is very frustrating to go to a store and after three associates can’t help you it definitely makes you not want to go back. The fourth guy that assisted me was very knowledgeable and super friendly and his name is Scott and deserves a huge raise !!! It’s a sad day when you go for help and you end up helping them figure it out

Great facility, good products, and great people.

The associates at this store is very friendly compared to other home depot's. Jamy, I think her name was very helpful! She walked me through each process, from picking out a color that goes with my wall color for the trim to the sheen that would be perfect in a bathroom. She has a lovely friendly personality, definitely will be back for more paint in the future!

Close to home but doesn't feel like a local hardware store

I have never had a bad experience at the Jamestown Home Depot. Every time I shop there I find friendly people to help me find what I am looking for.

Store is usually well stocked and, if you can find an employee, they are usually quite helpful. Store is generally fairly tidy and aisles are usually not blocked with merchandise in the middle.

I had a wonderful experience today in the outdoor area. Teresa was so helpful. She took her time to direct me to exactly what I needed with a smile. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. How refreshing to have someone give such amazing customer service! Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable! I’m a little concerned by the fact that there was seven people in line only one register open but a large amount of people on the floor willing and able to help us out .. Confuses me there and search a busy day every time we go to that store there’s only one register open so we are somewhat forced to use self check out or wait 10 to 20 minutes in line

I frequent this store, and have found the employees to be helpful and courteous. If I appear uncertain, an employee usually asks if I need assistance, and then follows through to help me find what I need. Today, that included a man in Electrical, and then assistance from TWO employees in the Doors department.
