Bought a Traeger and the assembly order was mis-communicated. Kelly, Cassandra, and Linda made up for everything and went above and beyond to save our Birthday celebration and make us feel valued as customers.

I was overall very pleased with my last shopping trip. Bought my husband a grill and everyone was extremely helpful. I had at least 7 interactions with workers and all were kind and helpful.

Spoke with someone on phone and stated they would honor veterans discount for a first responder. Went to checkout and cashier said no and when ask to speak with manager she refused to call manager.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISGUSTING

I stopped at this Home Depot not sure if I could get paint I needed. The staff was super nice. I will be sure to come back to Home Depot.

Basically 6154 runs like a finely oiled clock, all of your long term employees show great respect towards me as a contractor as well as just an average customer. Kudos to the associates at the customer service desk !

Store has a few Stars shining in Customer Service and quite a few who don't seem to have that definition in their makeup. Which is why I always go there with trepidation, never knowing if I'll get lucky and find a Scott or just get someone who could care less if I find what I am looking for, let alone help me figure out what to do with it. Let's face it we come here to try and Do Something we can't afford to hire someone else to do for us. So maybe a little follow thru like HOW to do what we are trying to do if we seem a bit inexperienced would be of great HELP. Good advice is ALWAYS appreciated.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Store is usually fully stocked with items, and if you can not find something they will order it online for you. They offer comparable prices compared to other home improvement stores in the area. The store is clean and organized so it is easy to find items you need.

Pleasant people but terrible service. Waited nearly 25 minutes to get waited on just to buy a wireless drill. Sales people did not know much about the tools they were selling. Three different sales people didn't know how to open the storage rack to get what I wanted out. When I finally got it and went to the cashier to pay, a store label covered the scanner code and the cashier did not know how to enter it manually so we waited another 5-10 min for a store manager to come and show her.

There seems to be someone who will help you in any department.

So happy to have this store in our area. I think my son-in-law should buy some stock as he is always going to buy something at Home Depot. Everyone is very helpful.

Here is the problem. Came to store today and was exposed to a dangerous situation. Was in the lumber area where the door and window trim was. I am looking through the items when I I notice a stand up lift in the aisle and I look around and the closed me in. The problem was they were operating and moving product in the same aisle 20 feet away from me. There is no way procedure says you can move product in an aisle with a customer in it. I leave the area to wait to cut my paneling. When I am told I can return I ask the store employee what procedure is with a customer in the aisle and I am met with nothing but rudeness and I explain the view that I felt the situation was in threat of hurting customers and that doesn't seem right. Sandra then proceeds to blame the other employee James and another guy I can not remember. It doesn't seem Sandra cares about what I am saying so I ask for thier names and say I am just going to cut my wood and leave. Just dangerous. Not pleased and will not be suggesting anyone go here with careless employees.

The worst store around! The employees try and scam you, search sealed boxes for stolen merchandise, generally treat customer like crap for their mistakes. I went to dunkirk home depot and it was amazing people were helpful and accessible

I forgot to mention in my survey that the cashier was Laurie and she was very friendly. She didn’t rush through we chatted while she cashed me out. That’s what I like not the people at other stores where they just push you through.

It a great store I just had a few issues with delivery of a washer and some floor being installed at my house but you worked well with to solve the issue except the washer install me and my son completed it

This location of Home Depot is a really good shopping experience all around. In spite of the shortages due to COVID, they have most of what I need. If not, I order it in to the store and pick it up. I often do curbside pick-up. The order is always complete. Special order items have been opened by staff and checked for damage. The wait time for curbside pick-up is very reasonable and the team member is always nice to deal with. I also like that when I'm in the store there is an abundance of employees within the aisles that ask if I need help or always willing to help if I ask. Last week, for example, we needed miscellaneous plumbing parts. The young man in that aisle over heard what we were looking for and found it for us. From that point all we had to do was tell him what we needed and he knew exactly where to find it! Speed shopping at its best. And I may have grabbed the wrong thing, and taken a lot longer. The customer service counter staff are super friendly and helpful, offering suggestions to make our PRO shopping experience better and expediting returns to make it simple. The only note I would make is probably not in their direct control - some items are not stocked all in the same location together and can be very difficult to locate - especially if there are only a couple of them in stock. Even the store employee had to enlist the help of another employee and their handheld devices to find simple sink strainers that were not back with the sinks like the others.

This Home Depot is always clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff and normally has what I am looking for on any given visit. The onl improvement I would personally like to see at any Home Depot I have been at is the addition of at least 2 more parking spaces for Disabled American Veterans and Veterans.

There are usually quite a few associates, but there are only a few that are knowledgable or even helpful.

Wal-Mart didn't have what I was looking for. I never get good service at True Valu because nobody asks to see if they can help or they don't have what I am looking for. I found what I was looking for at a good price. There was a good selection to choose form and every item had a price. The store was clean and the cashier was friendly and polite

Very clean and friendly. Only issue with this store is that it didn't offer my family military discount from the state of Pennsylvania.

Very helpful and more items in stock than the Dunkirk Store

We have done of considerable amount of business with Home Depot in remodeling our home over the past 2 1/2 yrs. we have found your store to be well stocked and very clean. It has provided a great service to our community in the Jamestown area. This being said, we have noticed that the other big box store within driving distance offers a noticeable positive advantage in customer service in mainly the area of assistance in the various departments. Often we spend most of our time searching for assistance with questions we may have or help in locating items. We have questioned as to if this may be a shortage in staffing.

This location has many friendly staff. They typically have what you need or are able to order it at no cost to you. Clean and follows Covid-19 guidelines.
