The selection of cleaning products is Amazing!!!! The floor cleaner the associate requested smells great!! I'm HOOKED!! WILL BE BUYING IT AGAIN FOR SURE!! MY NEW HOUSE SMELL!!!!

I was looking for hardware for furniture and could not get anyone to help me. Even after an announcement was made over the loudspeaker o meet me in aisle 15, no one showed. When I finally found the item, they only had one type which would not work with our new furniture.

I had complete home renovations done and was very happy that to be visiting this location almost every day for my all my needs and wants. Staff are super friendly

This location used to be clean and well staffed and well stocked. Sadly, not anymore

the manager and Lekia were great in assisting me and were very friendly and helpful. It is hard to find service like this these days.

Recently, I visited the Home Depot in Lake Worth on Lantana Road and had a very pleasant experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. At check out I could not have been taken care of in a more caring way.

I called to request an Anderson high impact Broward County window be installed. The represented completed the paperwork, accept a bunch of signatures, and charged my account $2500. Only then did I learn another product had been substituted - claiming that Anderson did not make a high impact Broward approved window. They claim they do. I'm still trying to get the contract cancelled - they said I have 3 days to do so - but my account still shows the charge. This is not the way Home Depot usually works.

I feel like a kid at the Magic Kingdom when I walk in. I get excited when I see 1,000 types of light bulbs greet me. Having spent a lifetime in Supply Chain Management, my view of the store is different than most people's. I see a well stocked Warehouse with a very helpful staff when I walk in. I find the online inventory to be quite accurate. I find their bin location information easy to use and very handy.

Andrea was so nice and helpful to me. She's an excellent asset to your store! She's very professional.

Employee seems to be over worked.

If you want a great experience at this particular store go see JT and Marjorie at the Pro checkout. They are the absolute best.

From helping to find a proper product to handling a return the store with there staff shown an outstanding performance.

Retail is dying because of stores like this. Very few employees, none of whom are trying to help customers; they're just walking around aimlessly. Today I legitimately spent about 1½ hours trying to buy a ceiling fan. It took me only 10 minutes to find one we liked, and the website showed 12 in stock; there were 0 to be found. It took me a full hour to find an employee who was willing and able to help. Reza is the only employee there who actually helped us, and he was both happy and friendly! Same goes for Reyes at the self-checkout counters, friendly and helpful. Mario the Manager was useless. Nico was useless. The guy working the paint counter who sent me to customer service (where no one was working) was useless. The woman who told Nico to call the manager was useless. I've never seen such a poorly run retail operation. We will avoid this store whenever possible. But thank you to Reza and Reyes for actually helping us!

09/09/2023 Saturday 1:26 PM. Only one register had a checkout clerk. At least 15 people in line for self checkout.

I am constantly at this store shopping. So close to me. 1.4 miles. I maintain my house and my daughter's house also.

I was struggling with a self-checkout register. Andrea was so helpful and pleasant. Her bubbly personality made my day.

Bartola was AMAZING. She was super helpful, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and above all: human. She deserves 100 stars.
