You know how complicated the paint counter can be - customers have lots of questions to make a selection or find any one of over 1000 products stocked at that counter and aisle adjoining. Today this store staffed the dept. between 3 and 4 pm with a single associate. Fortunately he was one of the best - empathetic, patient and very expert at the job. And no manager or associate ever stopped by to help him. I organized the line of waiting customers to help him out. The design of the counters are very poor - no clue for customers of where to line up for service - no signs to advise of service process - where are the merchandising experts or engineers?

Every time I have any issues or need to return anything the customer service staff is always helpful especially Myrna. Give her a raise

Selection of tropical plants for our new house was exceptional. Very healthy plants.

The sales associates at this location actually greet you as you walk in, they smile, they interact, it's really a pleasure to shop here. Everyone seems to have really stepped up their game and other locations pale in comparison to this one. Thanks for giving a great customer experience! Managers, take note of your great staff!

This store has great customer service. It is well-staffed. Also, unlike other stores, everything I needed was in stock. I had a great experience here.

We added a "Coffee Station" and an upper cabinet in my kitchen.

I could not find the chair cushions I wanted, however, an employee took the time that cushions were seasonal and to check back in.

My shopping was made easier with the help I got from employees. Also assistance in selection of materials needed.

Every time I go to this Home Depot, I am so satisfied and happy with the service I receive! I believe you can get the same product for the same price at any location, but I intentionally go to this one, not because it is closest to my house, but because the employees are so friendly and the store is very clean.

Cris, cashier, is the friendly face at the Contractor's end of the store. Always greets me, always asks if I found what I need and if I need help loading my vehicle and ALWAYS smiling (I can see it even with a mask on!

I normally do not write reviews, but when someone goes out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of, I have to make sure that they are recognized for it. Marie was my cashier at the returns desk and right from the initial contact she was very friendly to see me and my two boys. Very patient and talked to my boys about how their summer was going. She wasn't pushy or dismissive what so ever. When it came to my actual returns, she really went the extra mile with helping me. Marie is one of the many reasons why I prefer to shop at this Home Depot over the other ones. Great Job Marie! You are a great Person and asset to Home Depot.

The home depot website does not correspond with the items that are in stock in any of your stores. I had to travel to four different locations trying to find an item I needed (and this item was not on sale or anything special). One store said they had 3 in stock, another said 2 in stock, one even said 10 in stock- however NONE of these stores actually had the item in stock. So, I did what anyone would do in today's society- turned to online shopping. Found the item I needed, ordered it, paid for the next-day delivery. But wait, NOPE! They sent me the wrong item (probably because the correct one was not in stock) and then told me I had to bring it to the store to return it. On top of all this, I was told that the delivery fee was non-refundable.
