Outstanding customer service

Store employee Ivan in hardware is very rude and acts as if the customers are bothering him. I tried to communicate the issue with Elsa the store assistant manager but she is to busy on the phone, ignored me and walked away. It's no wonder why the employees are rude, they follow managements example. Very bad service, and this store has many items out of stock.

Nursery well cared for with helpful and good mannered staff

The Home Depot store in Lantana is very clean and tidy. The items are very easy to find on the shelf, and those clerks were really friendly to help customers out to relocate their items. I like to go there because I found the most items I needed such as cleaning supply, accessories to repair my house, and plants. I'm recommend Home Depot to anyone who will wish to buy supply there, you will figure out yourself the true fact I was speaking to you about.

My customer service employee was outstanding. She was kind and patient with me. Unfortunately her name isn’t on the receipt but it was pronounced Haiti but was spelled with Gyati maybe?

For a new first time homeowner with absolutely no experience or knowledge in construction/remodeling, James in the kitchen area was AMAZING! He helped throughout the design and gave advice on how to optimize the most space in my small kitchen. He made things that would be otherwise difficult for me VERY easy to understand. Good customer service seems to be hard to find now a days but James was absolutely excellent and deserves my first review. If you are in thinking of remodeling, I highly recommend asking for James. I am so excited to see how my kitchen turns out!

Kamara at the front register. She was so helpful and pl pleasant. I shop were I'm treated well. Kamala is a great representative for HD. You should definitely recognize her. Such a kind person. I appreciated the help and patience.

Worst customer service! Beware...you cannot use GCs to purchase online, no help given, just NO

I went today. The parking lot was full, but it still felt very safe. They sanitize the carts. Everyone I saw including customers were wearing their masks properly and observing distance. It was a very pleasant experience. It was like, "All these people right here get it!"

I was very pleased with my recent visit to the appliance department at the Home Depot. The staff was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was in the market for a new microwave, since mine unexpectedly stopped working. Since I had purchased my appliances at the HD, I was hoping to get a match. The sales girl was great, and i chose the same manufacturer, unfortunately the exact appliance was not available any longer, but I chose one that is very similar.

I was very impressed by a Home Depot worker, a young woman, who had a lot of patience that I'll choose among a few similar but different products.

The store was very busy, yet and still well managed.

Lack of staffs, some of them are very rude. Everytime I go there, I always have ti wait for over 30 minutes before some can assist me.

Marley at the front register was great and as lot of help. My register would not work she was king and nice. She fixed the problem and I was in my way. Very nice person

I absolutely love this Home Depot location! The manager Jared is amazing and very helpful! The store is always clean and organized! The garden center is full of knowledgeable employees who are always willing to help and assist from answering questions about plants to loading my cart with anything I can't lift! The building department has amazing employees too, any time I need help there is always someone there to guide me with what I need to buy to complete my project! The paint department rocks! I always get great help when I go in that department! The cashiers are awesome and sweet! They are always ready to take the next customer and move you thru the line in a timely matter while being friendly and professional! I shop at this store quite often and give them five stars because they are overall amazing!

This is my Home Depot and it always has everything I need, well stocked and people are helpful. This one and only time however I was “assisted” by a cashier Tatiana. She gave me attitude and refused to help me after I stated I needed assistance with measuring the baseboard. Jose stepped in and assisted me and apologized for the lack of customer service. It seemed to me like it wasn’t the first time he had to cover for her. I suggest shopping here and avoiding Tatiana. (:
