I was looking for bathroom tiles, and the floor Manager was so helpful. He also showed me the close out tiles that worked very well with my color scheme. Had many questions, and he was eager to help. Purchased other things as well. My wife and I always go to this store. Clean and very helpful. Thank you so much for your time.

I went for an interview customer service/ regional manager and it was very interesting insight and I had a lot to talk about. I got a bucket an elderly man pointed out the pale or can and I was happy because it was larger and sturdy metal, otherwise the orange plastic one is great and can probably fit my feet also. Thank you!

The cashier at returns was extremely rude and belligerent. She felt comfortable enough to yell at and berate a customer. Apparently the store condones this type of behavior. Worst experience shopping at HD since the early 1990's. Other employees in store were nice and helpful.

The other stores need to look at the model that the Lantana store does. The layout is easy to navigate, very well lit and quick. Other than more General construction goods that the Okeechobee store carries, this store is hands down the best store. Parking is great, Shopping carts are plentiful and there is always an open cashier. The CASHIER CHRISTOPHER, was super friendly and helpful. Great Job Guys!!!

Because of the manager and the Customer Service Counter, we're continuing buying from HomeDepot. When I went to customer service, Michelle was very polite and called for a manager. He came, listened to me and my husband after hearing Heidi's rant. He was polite and considerate. I was thinking to go to the competitor for my business but because of Michelle's attitude (customer service counter) we consider continued business with HomeDepot. The employee, whatever her position, Heidi NEEDS to learn how to talk to people and not show attitude. I've used my dad's ID in NJ, GA and FL. To say our last names don't match is irrelevant. I'm married! I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars since moving here in 2019. "Customer is ALWAYS RIGHT"

Michelle at the Customer Service Desk went over and above what we expected. Had a bad experience yesterday which she witnessed and she made all the difference in our decision to continue purchasing from Home Depot vs. a competitor because we were done. Thank you to you Michelle for your kindness and customer service!

Of all the Palm Beach County Home Depot locations this is the better one. The store is generally cleaner, the inventory is more often than not in stock. You can usually find an associate to help you here

As always, no Customer assistance in outside garden. Have to load heavy items to cart. Load vehicle . No one even acknowledges you. They seem more interested in personal conversations/phone calls.

Everything was great but I thought the prices had gone up a little more than at home.. I shop at HD back home at 02882. Really, I have no complaints.

Great store. Helpful staff, clean organized and neat .. and well stocked.

The customer service at this particular location is the best in the area. Lake Worth, being the worst, I had a young black girl say F U to me in the store, yes an employee. I will never forget it. At the Lantana store, the environment is not thick, it is ambient, and I have been coming to this store for years 2-5 times per day gathering items for all the projects that I incur. The management team does so much to accommodate our needs as guests in their home store. I wish all the stores in the area would follow their model of excellence.
