I woke up early today and was able to make it to home depot when they opened at 6 AM.. I had to place a special order and found the special order desk was staffed with a friendly, knowledgeable employee. I then went to the paint department and found it was staff as well.. The young lady accepted my request to shake up 5 gallon bucket of paint. She was also friendly. Would recommend this store for all your needs.

I was in the market for a new propane grill. Cindy was helpful in "getting to yes". She called three other stores and was able to locate the item. I had questions about the warranty and she looked it up and explained it all. Having had a recent unpleasant experience at a store closer to my home, I was frustrated and ready to stop shopping at Home Depot. Very glad I met Cindy at the Moreno Valley store. She restored my faith that customer service is a priority at this store.

Had custom order for patio doors done by Tina M. and was amazed by how experienced and thorough she was about every aspect of our order. We saw her in person twice and she was the same friendly and knowledgeable person every time! Her attention to detail was extraordinary so we were very impressed.

I always enjoy going into this location. Great prices and I love the customer service employees provide. Their garden section is well stocked and clearance section is amazing. #0616 Moreno Valley is a good Home Depot store. It is easy to shop there and is usually well-stocked. I was not able to find assistance in the garden department. I was able to find the products that I was looking for.The store was clean to my recollection. The store associates were friendly and helpful.

Good, quick easy trip

Managemen and employees are always helpful, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I deal with managers Rhonda & Joe often and the entire store is respective of the dedication of both of them. They are always there to answer questions and help out.

The store was good condition and clean. Especially the flooring dept. manager was very helpful from order to install.

Website says there is a 30 day return period on paint, store said no returns. Screw that noise, Dunn Edwards is across the street and knows how to color match properly.
