Every time you go to Home Depot you expect someone to help you find an item or guide you on your project and at this particular store is hard to find some one. The only way you get their attention is if they think that you are a shoplifter. Sad

We were looking for a barbecue and we were helped by knowledgeable, and courteous associates DJ and David in customer service. They went above and beyond good customer service. Esp when the store was preparing for Black Friday. As a former retail employee I know how busy this time of year is. I appreciated their great customer service.

Employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, willing to assist and I always enjoying visiting Home Depot. Products are almost always easy to find, if not, employees are always there to assist. I always receive prompt assistance when I ask for it. Store is always clean. I have never seen any spills or cluttered passageways. Associates are very helpful, friendly and willing to help.

I won't go to the store at the lumber section you have the supervisor Matthew R. that try to be a tough guy to his customers and yell at them then u had Charles B. that wanna yell and not cut wood the way the customer want. Then u have Erik C. that when above and beyond. I will only go there if the wood cutting place doesn't work in perris or the other Moreno Valley

Love home depot been coming here for years since I bought my home in Moreno Valley in 2001. Store is clean staff is friendly .Garden area has a lot to choose from and I have upgraded my home thru your products .Thank you :)

Some where is not clean, some staff members are quick some one really slow. Need to be fix.

Overall this store is excellent. Staff is always polite. Only issue I have is that there is a lack of a loading area adjacent to the lumber yard. This actually isn't a fault of Home Depot itself, but a inconvenience imposed by the fire department. This location has been here for over 20 years and just recently the fire inspectors declared that the designated loading zone next to the roll up door as a fire lane, forcing customers to push their carts 20 - 30 yards out into the parking lot. When you have to load 14, 16, or 20' lengths of lumber on to your truck, you end up blocking traffic.

Store had a beautiful variety of garden flowers and exceptional customer service. Cashier Nancy helped us open a credit line and it came along with a discount that made the experience a great one!

Clean, organized, well stocked, hard to find assistance during busy hours.

Cindy helped my husband and I choose and locate a microwave. She was also extremely helpful and courageous. To add, the store was very clean, and organized.
