This store is always busy but the customer service is excellent. One of the employees (which I thought was a manager with how well they carried themselves) there was very knowledgeable when it came to showing me what isle the items I was looking for were at. DJ made my experience easy when it came to getting what I needed and checking out in a timely manner. DJ shows his willingness to assist his customers and does so in a timely manner. If there was a rating system I would give him a 10/10 across the board. I will without a doubt continue to shop here for my home improvement needs.

Store associates are only people, and people may be affected by moods, or act unprofessionally. However, the staff here were friendly and helpful. For instance, two young staff members were busy discussing something but one still managed to attend to me when I asked for the aisle numbers for certain merchandise. After that, it was just a matter of patiently searching for what I needed in the aisle. The cashier at the Garden section graciously allowed for payment of non-gardening items: as the section happened to be my last stop, it would've been rather inconvenient for me if I had had to push a big shopping cart filed with heavy plants back into the main building to check-out other merchandise. Home Depot has an excellent 90-day return policy which really shows their consideration for inevitable buyer's remorse. Customer service quality is about joy and convenience; I certainly experienced both during my first shopping at the Moreno Valley Home Depot, and hence the 5-star review.

Are you tired of never receiving personal customer service, people who just don't care about your needs or wants? Well then, come to this store. I guarantee they will take excellent care of you, and you will walk out the door happier than when you went in.

The layout of the store made it easy to find the products I was looking for. The employees were very helpful and ready to assist in my needs.

Aaron in electric was a great help. He checked around and found them in a nearby store. Viviana was amazing. She also took the time to verify the lights were available in another store. Both were kind, helpful & patient. Both made our purchases at Home Depot, a pleasant one. Viviana & Aaron are great representatives of Home Depot. We shop there often as we renovate our homes for rent or sale. Home Depot, Pigeon Pass is our first stop for materials. Thanks again to Viviana & Aaron Management is always willing to work with the clients. We have dealt with Rhonda many times. She sets a professional example for other employees to follow. Besudes the great service we are appreciative of Viviana & Aaron patiently helping us find what we needed in another store. I needed the items today and thanks to them we found them. The parking lot is terrible but the customer service is great. Especailly David at the front counter.

MOST all employees and services are great but one experience with one employee Cristina messed it all up. She was extremely rude, impolite & unprofessional. After telling her we would speak to a manager, she called a manager and would not let them know we wanted to speak to them. We ended up leaving the product and going to one of your competitors stores where they were SO much more pleasant.

All the employees are friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. With all that we are experiencing with the pandemic, it’s not only nice to see a friendly face but also receive the help we need so we can get in and out of the store pretty quickly. The store was clean, organized and they limit the amount of people in the store to make it as comfortable and spacious as they can for everyone. The store manager should get kuddos for a having a great setup and for having wonderful employees!!

30 minutes to finally get a employee to help us bring a microwave down

This store is for average person who has little knowledge here and there and expertise in other areas. There are ample representatives to help any one on the spot and at a moments notice. There is rapid customer turn over and room for just idle survey of the product. I prefer their down-to-earth feel, organization, aura, and atmosphere. Some items are not featured perhaps because of specialty concerns. Store is smaller than others and certainly not as hectic as Riverside store or as large as Perris Blvd. Just the right size for going from Garden area to Lumber and back again for 2nd look if needed without fatigue. Smiles everywhere and a generously distributed customer base that can often help with obvious dilemmas.

I usually Yelp or write corporate offices for horrible experiences HOWEVER, your employee, ROBERTO who helped me with getting the right sized pieces of wood to reinforce my bed frame and the right nails so that I didn't mess up my wood is the reason I write today!!! His kind, polite manner made my day and my nights!!! My back was hurting so badly and he explained everything to me as far what kind of wood I needed and how cut wood was not returnable. As I was leaving, he wished me luck. I didn't need luck, I was blessed to have Roberto's assistance, this lil ol lady's angel in the lumber department!

Curtis from the painting department provided me and others with excellent customer service, friendly personality, and patience on guiding me to what my painting needs were.

The associates in building and lumber need more training in customer service and need to learn how to wear their licenses while operating forklifts and wear aprons.
