It's a store easy to get there,right by the 60 freeway and easy to get out also! Plenty of parking !

The store people on the floor were very helpful in guiding me To find the items I was looking for however the cashier was not as Helpful and actually was very rude and made me very sad but I would still go back to the store and avoid that Cashier.

This store is conveniently located right off the 60 freeway, however the intersection in front of it can be difficult to navigate during heavy traffic. The store could be a little cleaner, and the staff could be a little more professional. But they're always very friendly and helpful. Been here several times for online purchase pick up, in store purchases and returns, rarely having to wait very long to finish my transaction. Everyone is very knowledgeable. We enjoy shopping at this store.

This Home Depot location sold my elderly parents maintenance on their HVAC in November. This 'maintenance' included replacing a programmable thermostat, that was working fine, for no apparent reason. Now, this month when they first turned on their AC after the 'maintenance', the AC broke. Home Depot then left my parents without AC for several days in 100+ heat before showing up to repair their system. The repair person identified an electrical issue, typically associated with an improperly wired thermostat, but said the fundamental issue was actually the duct work, and wanted to sell them several thousand dollars worth of additional work to replace their ducts. I have never heard of ducts causing electrical issues in an HVAC, it's like low tire pressure being responsible for a bad battery in your car. The bottom line is that at a minimum my parents were ripped off by the original maintenance that replaced working parts, and it looks like Home Deport may have broken their HVAC in doing so, endangering their health and requiring additional costly repairs.

Moreno Valley store is very clean and organized, easy to find items.

Sales associates run from you when you walk toward them and ask for help. More interested in forklift safety and can't even talk to you at the same time after they have the aisle closed.

Whitney & Vianna helped me find what i was looking for. I was not sure where to locate them inside the store, they were sure to tell me exactly where to find them. Once i found them and came to purchase, they were right there with smiles and attentiveness to get me out of the store in a timely manner. Their customer service skills were above and beyond what i have seen in other Home Depot stores. I am very impressed with this store and i am impressed with how i was treated here. this is my go to store, They have experienced people to help out on All home projects. I love the electrical department and the garden department, they have helped so much.

I like that every time I go to that store , I get greeted by the first employee a come upon. They always ask if they could help you find what you are looking for. I shop there quite a bit, and some of the employees already know me. I consider this home depot my second home.its my home away from home.i never see this store dirty,it has good maintenance

This particular Home Depot has stellar employees. They go over and beyond to answer your questions and make you feel valued as a customer. The store is clean and organized. Two staff in particular deserve to be recognized, Vontric (not sure if I spelled his name correctly)and Donna. Job well done to these two employees.
