Best service, best quality

I was able to fix my toilets myself after talking to an employee. They just needed a new seal which cost me $5. A plumbing company tried to charge me over $3,000 to fix them.

Employees are rude and cashiers stand around and gossip to each other

Today, the aisle where the products I needed was closed for at least 15 minute...so, I'll buy that product elsewhere - almost left the other items and left the store, but the cashier was not busy so I made the partial purchase. But, when I'm spending my $$$ I don't expect to do another employee's job (what, will I be asked to stock shelves next?) And, get those aisles open so you don't have to make multiple trips or go to another retailer!!! Please??

I have bought many tools, chains, gardening tools manual or electrical. cant take picture of them all. however, i am completely satisfied.

I've never have been let down by Home Depot not having what I was looking for. It's comforting to know they will always be there for those incidents that you'll need their help.

We purchased our Christmas tree as usual from North Upland Home Depot like we do every year, they always have the best trees compared to all the other Home Depots near by, The associates in the tree lot are always friendly and helped me choose the perfect tree again!!!

Staff went the extra yard to supply my needs. Very friendly and respectful.

Cashier Jennifer helped me check out today and really made my horrible day so much brighter. She was so friendly and wonderful to talk to, I just cant thank her enough.. Thank you all for the great service today!!!

I always get help from Mike in Plumbing!! When I need advice, he is my go to person at the Upland Colonies! Mike has helped me over the years with many projects - picking out the items needed, advice how to go about it, etc. The Mgr, Mikee is fantastic!

Employees never want to sell the propane that is in stock. They refuse to even look to check there is any available. Which you can see new tanks with seals on them. It’s on the way out of the store. Especially Cindy.

I just bought a refrigerator at this store and I have always have a great shopping experience with both sales personnel. They are very knowledgeable in their product and they go above and beyond to help you in your shopping experience

I went in to buy 3 fans and all the fans were marked at $49.98 or $29.98. I had asked for assistance with the fans and after waiting 30 min I got annoyed and we decided to get them down ourselves. I picked 3 fans when I got up to the register they rang up at $79.98 I told our cashier Glen that nothing in that area had any fans priced at $79.98 he called supervisor Eva over to assist us. Eva stated that they were $79.98 and apologized. Eva & Glen went above & beyond to help us. Eva came back after speaking with her manager and told us they would honor the price of $49.98 on 2 of the fans but full price on one. We were very happy. Now that’s the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Thank you Glen & Eva and Home Depot for hiring employees who care about your customers. Eva & Glen really turned our experience around.

I had tried to purchase a refrigerator online but had some questions. Tried contacting my local Rancho Cucamonga store and after several times being placed on hold in excess of 20 minutes, I only got through to someone in the Appliances Dept. once and never again. But when I contacted the Upland store it was night and day. I was able to speak to someone within a few minutes and not only got my questions answered but was advised to go to the location to ensure I made the perfect choice. From entering the store to exiting the store, the staff was awesome. And especially Cowboy who is a jewel in the Appliances Dept. I am very pleased and will have my new fridge delivered before the weekend. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As is usual nowadays. Finding an employee in the departments /aisles is hard. Shelves are in disarray because, many times, merchandise on selves do not match price tag SKU or barcode numbers. If a product is out of stock, the empty slot has other product filling the gap. I accept there will be shortages of certain items during the pandemic, but please audit the shelves to make sure the customer can be certain an item is out of stock, despite what the HD app may indicate.

be sure to check if the UPC code at the shelf matches the item you are buying. I have found many items priced higher at the register than it is priced on the shelf.

In garden department, I bought soil, and ROBERT was immediately there to both help me load the bags into my cart and was at the checkout to load them into my card. What great service!

I can always find an employee to assist me at this North Upland Home Depot. The appliance department is especially helpful.

What happened to the second set of Veterans parking spaces? Used to be 2 for the purple heart men, and 4 for regulator Veterans

The most helpful associates I have ever encountered in ANY home depot I've been to.

They hire people who have challenges and I REALLY appreciate that. They also have special parking spots for our Veterans. THANK YOU for that.
