I have shopped at many Home Depot stores in California and Arizona. The North Campus store is always the best customer service by far. Many of your associates stand out. I have to say Marlene in the PRO-Desk is amazing. Each time she has assisted me in orders and purchases she is excellent. She always has an amazing attitude. If she doesn't have an answer to my questions she seeks it for me. I have observed her with other customers as well. She give them her all as she has done for me. THANK YOU, Maria B.

I spend most of my time in the gardening section. They have a good, season and climate appropriate, selection of plants and gardening products, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

This place rules!!! The workers here are super friendly! Big kudos to Matt from customer service who always have a positive attitude and Kylie who I always go to her line because she is kind, quick and efficient. :)

We're always happy coming to this Home Depot. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. We like the fact that the employees have a tendency to stay - it makes it easier when we return and see friendly, familiar faces. Seems like the employees go out of their way to be extra helpful.

Love this store and its employees! I deeply appreciate the fact they have preferred parking spots set aside for veterans. I also like that they're really quick on the curb-side pickup and proactive if there's an issue.

this is my favorite home depot out of all the one i go to.9 and im at alot of them. i will drive past the other upland store to go to this one. the staff in the plumbing department r always knowledgable and attentive. thank u to the 2 long hair guys in that dept. and once again- thank u teresa for making this trip to the home depot the BEST EVER for me

Everyone always greets you (even with the masks), asks if you need help - even if it’s not their department they’ll try. Rare in these days. Feels like going into a hardware store in the 80z...old school customer service!

STORE EMPLYEES ARE VERY HELPFULL. A YOUG LADY HANDTRUCKED THE FREEZER I PURCHASED OUT TO MY VEHICLE AND ANOTHER HD EMPLOYEE HELPED TO LOAD IT INTO MY VEHICLE.

We have always found exactly what we are looking for at this great store! The staff, cashiers, helpers and greeters are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their location is fantastic/right off the 210. We will make this our go-to store for home improvement and the Christmas season.

I used to general manage a hardware store/lumberyard. It's nice to go into a friendly, well-stocked store and not be responsible for it!

The store was clean and products were easy to find. The associates at the tools department were friendly and helpful.

The store was overall very clean and enjoyable to be in! The associates never fail to go above and beyond. The cashier kylie was even friendly enough to not make me feel rushed at checkout and was extremely welcoming.

I think that something has to be done about theft. I saw someone carry out a $800 tool and no one was allowed to stop them. I questioned one of the managers and they said that they weren't allowed to stop them. Then I asked about getting their license number and calling the police. They said that they weren't allowed. Then I asked her why they didn't have a security guard and she said that they asked for security but none was provided. I know that Home Depot doesn't have a money tree so that means I'm helping to pay for everything that goes out the door without being paid for

The store was very clean and the employees were helpful. Definitely one of the nicer Home Depot‘s that I’ve been to.
