Waited for ever to get help. When associate finished helping his customers that were waiting first he proceeded to help me and rush on what I needed like I do not have any question about my purchase.

I went this store in North Upland because they have the best services there. The store may not be the biggest around here but they still have everything they need. And they have super friendly staff here. I would really like to mention some of them like Matt from customer service and Genesie at the cashier registers. They are both so awesome with a lot of knowledge on stuff.

As I said in my survey it seems HD only cares about the contractors only, you allow them to park anywhere and nothing is done. The area that should be for loading only is so over filled with people parking sometimes even half way in the lot area were other cars have to wait to go one at a time just to get around because of some idiot you have allowed to let there vehicle hang out and be in a NO PARKING AREA. Not only is this unsafe it's ridiculous that HD allows this. Contractors are not the only ones spending a lot of money or picking up loads. You make it were the everyday person has to push the heavy loads out to the parking lot because you have no "LOADING AREA ONLY ZONE". I have heard from several of HD employee's that this has been a major complaint for a very long time and yet HD has no plans to change it.

The highlighted section(s): contains shipping complaints I am remodeling my home and have spent thousands of dollars at this store and online. My last purchase was on The Home Dept. website. customer service recommended I return the $470 GE microwave at North Upland store. I had the online order number with me, the manager Michael said that he could give me store credit since I did not have the card I used on the website. I agreed... but a couple hours later I returned to the store with the card that I used online. The manager declined to take back the store credit and refused to refund my money. He said that he did not know how to void the transaction and give me my money back. So I asked for my microwave and asked him to take back the store credit... he stated that he could not because they had taken the microwave to the back of the store. In addition, he said I could not re-purchase my returned item because it had originally been purchased online. DISMAL customer service. What makes the situation worse is that Michael is a manager. I am so disappointed. What kind of manager does not know how to void a transaction???

This is the " BEST HOME DEPOT STORE". They have the best & most knowledgeable employee's. Always clean , organized & they have a good selection. This Store deserves an AWARD, FOR MOST OUTSTANDING STORE & EMPLOYEES.

Very neat and organized store

My experience at Home Depot is always pleasant. The store is always clean which make is easy to find the items your looking for. The employees are always so kind and helpful from the time I walk through the door. Claudia is an cashier at my neighborhood home depot. Every time I'm in her line she always greets everyone including myself with such kindness, her personality is always so warm and helpful every time I see her. If cloning people was legal, I would defiantly clone her and place her in every home depot store. More individuals like her are needed in the world to show an example of how excellent customer service should be. Thank you Claudia for your outstanding customer service.

Found the products we needed. Got assistance from an Employee who helped us get the plastic roof panels in our truck. The store is always clean, well stocked and lots of news products to look at. Associates were friendly and very helpful. Home Depot is like a candy store to my husband and I. We love all the products that make our handy work go so much easier and the helpful employees.

The personnel are always amiable and very informative, especially in the garden area. Very clean and well organized. The employees appear happy and to enjoy working at this store. When I cannot find an item, the employee I do ask, stops whatever he/she is doing and provides immediate help. Great store policy!

Very nice, clean. Helpful cashier and self check out assisted me as I was having difficulties at the check out. Claudia was very helpful and made me feel "that I was NOT a ding dong" trying to use my gift cards. We all laughed and made the experience joyful. :)

We live in close proximity to the Upland Store. This makes it very easy to stop, shop and go! Great, responsive, helpful team of Associates-in all departments.

I am here probably a hundred times a year for my DIY projects. The store staff are continuously courteous and competent when answering my questions. My in-store and drive up pickups are ready quickly and items I purchase are available. The parking lot always has a few spaces and a short walk to the entrances.
