The management team of Jose and Bobby and the customer team of Halie and Daisy have made my shopping experience fantastic!

Marlene and Donna are the friendliest employees ive encountered at any home depot. I used to shop and the one off mountain but now only use store 1083 because of them. I shop here a lot because of my business and they are who keeps me coming back.

I enjoy shopping at the Upland Home Depot as it is convenient to get into and exit the store. This particular store has an excellent garden area that has a wide variety of popular plants that will grow easily in the southern California environment. I also appreciate that the aisles are wide so there is room to social distance when shopping in this store. Some of the other home improvement stores stack so much product in the aisles that it is difficult to push a shopping cart through the aisles and not bump into anything. I appreciate that this store is always clean and that there is rarely any trash in the aisles. I was also pleasantly surprised just yesterday (7/18/2020) when a Home Depot employee who was in the parking lot asked if I needed help carrying my items to my car. I declined but there have been times in the past, where I could have used the help. Great customer service to whoever that young man was to offer to help a customer carry an oversized item to their vehicle.

Cashiers wearing masks underneath nose. When requested my cashier placed it correctly for the duration of my check-out and then lowered it when I walked away, cashier at next register was doing the same thing. Selfish and disrespectful, sorry folks but we are not getting out of this mess until there is a vaccine due to people like her. Many would give their eye teeth right now just to have a job. Sickening.

This store does NOT follow safety protocols. I witnessed several staff members with masks below their chins. I also witnessed a staff member spitting on the ground and another staff member assisting a customer who was not wearing a mask. This staff person did not ask the customer to wear one. I would not recommend going to this store until they have improved their safety protocols. Such a shame! I have always been a loyal customer of Home Depot.

Love this HOME DEPOT, THIS STORE IS THE BEST. CHRIS in the Paint Department is Amazing. Outstanding Customer Service Skills. KATHY in the Garden Department is Amazing, Outstanding Customer Service Skills. This particular store has key employee's who are extremely knowledgeable on the product that is sold in the store. That is what makes this Store #1.

Vanessa in Customer Service helped me order and set delivery for a difficult to find storage shed I couldn't find anywhere else. I recommend the North Upland Home Depot where all the employees are helpful.

Good selection, easy parking

We had a super great experience recently purchasing new kitchen appliances. Cowboy, the appliance specialist was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite and answered all of our questions. If you need great service and a great value be sure to go see Cowboy at home Depot.

I have been to Home Depot many many times and usually go to the store On Mountain in Upland but we went to the north upland store today it was the best service I have ever received at Home Depot in the 40+ years I’ve been going there I cannot believe how well-trained and how helpful all the employees were and how they streamline everything for us we were able to get in and out and get what we needed they all had their protective masks on and I was very appreciative of all help received and especially with Michael

I can always get assistance at this location, a real joy when I am in a hurry. Thank you! SAL was very helpful this week when I needed a specific sprinkler head, and he walked right up and gave me the one I needed. Very nice and pleasant in helping me.

The store was clean. Employees very friendly. I found what I was looking for on my own, but the store appeared to be FULLY staffed to meet the needs of the huge number of customers at the store, every cash register was manned and no long lines, HALLELUJAH. Shelves looked fully stocked. In and out very quickly.

I am in a high risk group for Covid-19. Like many people, I have been trying to purchase a chest freezer. After dealing with out of stock conditions at multiple appliance retailers, I finally located one on Home Depot's website. After a few weeks of re-scheduled delivery dates with the fifth rescheduling happening today, out of the blue, "Cowboy" from the Upland, CA store called me to say he saw my delivery experience and located a freezer for me. "Cowboy" completed the order over the phone, cancelled my online order, and set the product aside for me to pick up. While arranging for pickup, I mentioned to "Cowboy" that I was in a high risk group and was concerned about coming into the store. "Cowboy" had me park in front and call him when I arrived. He personally loaded the freezer into my truck so I would not be exposed. I could not be more pleased with how I was treated today. My experience was an example of what real customer service is all about. More than just selling a product, it is about identifying a customer's needs and meeting those needs as best you can. Well done, "Cowboy" and well done, Home Depot.

The associates were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and had numerous items to chose from.

I really like that this store has dedicated parking for our military; that puts a smile on my face. The employees here are ALWAYS friendly and helpful and if they recognize you, they make sure they acknowledge you. It's nice to know I'm more than a customer; they make me feel welcome.

While I love shopping at this store and have spent a small fortune in it over the years, please be advised that, I recently had a situation where one of your reps in appliances made me feel as if a couple who came in several minutes after me was more important to service. With no exaggeration, I got there and patiently waited my turn for approx. 25 mins. while the rep serviced someone else. However, when it became my turn, she made me feel as if the couple waiting was more important and so I felt rushed because her attention was not totally focused on me. It appeared that the rep’s concern was geared more toward the couple as she kept looking back at them and reassuring them that she would be with them momentarily. (Heck, I didn’t get that much while I was waiting my turn!) It got to the point where I literally asked her if she’d like to service them first, and you know what, she did!! I was flabbergasted and didn’t expect her to take me up on it. I was so upset as I walked away. She called out to me, I looked back, she made a gesture, but I kept on going. I was so through at that point. Now, I am a woman of color and the couple were Caucasian, and because of, you know, how it went down, it just feels rather suspect to me. Nevertheless, that’s how uncomfortable she made me feel. Black, white, red, yellow or green, it makes for bad customer service when anyone treats you that way. I swear, if it weren’t for the stove that I had long been looking for and found it at HD, based on principle, I would have gone somewhere else and gave them my business, but I went back the next morning and purchased the stove I wanted by another rep named Cowboy and he made me feel like the valued customer that I am. I’ve been a long-standing customer at this particular Home Depot for approx. 13 years or so and I’m well known and liked, but I hope I never have to experience anything like that ever again at Home Depot or anywhere else for that matter.

Went here to price out appliance package for new kitchen. Not only did we have an excellent customer service experience, but a great price that made the decision to buy easy. Highly recommend.
