Go to Old Bridge store, the people are more than helpful, friendly and well informed on products.

I had a long list of items needed to upgrade an apartment. Home Depot's Sales Associate, John, made my shopping experience a pleasure. He went from department to department rounding up everthing on my list. It was a great shopping experience!

MAGED sales cashier was very rude, did not greet us, nor asked if we needed anything else. He didn’t seem like he cared about the customer. Very disappointed in my experience.

I’m redoing my master bath and needed to order new cabinets. John (Cabinets dept) took such incredible care of us. He listened to our needs, worked patiently and professionally with us on a design and took care of us right up until the end. I didn’t expect such care and we really appreciated all his experience.

I was in line for paint and watched as Brenda handled an insane line, asking for team members help only to receive none. It was a shame no one came to help her as she kept a courteous and professional demeanor throughout, not many employees left with her positive attitude. Thanks Brenda for making me experience a positive one.

I bought a new washer and dryer. They will be delivered this week. I needed a lot of help and the employees were great! Mina helped me with both appliances. He explained everything and even looked up items on the website. I am grateful!

Your products have always been satisfactory. I was so impressed by the floor associates being so helpful!

The best service received in an Home Depot store

Today I went to Home Depot Old Bridge with a long list of materials for the renovation of my bathroom. A man named Mr. Sebastian Quinones greeted me, then he immediately build up my orders to his computer. He’s a nice guy, very friendly and knowledgeable about his job and patiently answered all my queries.

I just got my delivery. Everything from my salesman to the delivery staff was excellent. Everything arrived on time in perfect condition and I can't wait to use my new appliances.

Sebastian & Nick have been very helpful with returns questions and assisting with purchases. My go to Home Depot!

Every associate was helpful and courteous, even checking if I needed help before I could ask! Saved me money by informing me of available offers!

Purchased tiles for a bathroom renovation. There was a wide range to choose from and competitive pricing. Sales personnel were professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend this store.

Every one helped to get all my items for the project

The male staff name paa kofi had serious bad attitude n he was sooo lazy and didn’t want to help me n when I went to him and asked him question related to the door lock n he started rolling his eyes and making bad rude faces. It was so bad and worst of him. I said I’m not asking u lots of questions so why are u making bad faces he said come on be quick I don’t have time. I said if u don’t have time then please can I see another person who is ready to help me.! I had very disappointing service. There was no name sign on him but I asked the other staff what was his name. So the other staff gave me his name..

Excellent customer service! Freddie working in the plumbing department help me find all 5 parts I needed to do my plumbing repair job. He even cut the 2 foot tubing I needed into the sizes I needed at no additional charge.

sales associates are paid to work and help customers. making eye contact and asking open ended questions to customers is their job. most home owners don't know what they need or is needed to do the job they came there for so it is the sales associate job to help them with everything. better training is needed before new associates hit the floor and experienced associates should help train them. this is not only home depot but most retail. customer service is bad!

I cannot say enough about Yolanda who helped me with a complicated return/exchange .She was beyond wonderful and resolved my issue and went above and beyond for me !

We came to the store without any intention of buying, just to look, but were fascinated by the knowledge and skill the Flooring Specialist Sales Associate Debra Harba to talk with buyers, offer goods, explain the details of the contract between the store, contractors and buyers. As a result, we very quickly chose a new carpet, made a full order, and most importantly, it was done quickly and efficiently.

I've bought moving supplies and they had everything I needed.! Great customer service skills of the staff is awesome.
