This location has poor customer service and poor managerial follow-up. If you are looking for a store that offers a great customer shopping experience please skip this location for your own good.

This store have been change a lot I used to shop, but I move to another city. I liked this store again I will shop again because my sister move here.

The employees at this store made this the most memorable trip to Home Depot. We have never experienced such helpful and accommodating assistance at a Home Depot. I'm so sorry that I did not get her name -- but the lady working in the paint department was extremely courteous and left us with such a good impression. She went above and beyond to ensure that we left satisfied.

Syed of the garden department is one of the most enthusiastic and conscientious workers I've come across in many years. I keep running into him and he's always so eager to help and be of assistance. He told me he strives to be the very best at whatever he does. It really shows.

I have been shopping at this store since 2002. I have never had a bad experience in all of that time. Excellent service and helpful and knowledgeable employees.

Associates at this store are super helpful and it all stems from the management. Howie, the store manager, assisted me with a Cub Cadet 3X snowblower. As the store manager he didn't just have his workers assemble and help me load it into the van. He personally worked on assembling it and loading it into the van. This store really shows what makes the Home Depot stand out. They are prepared to help their customers and ready for whatever mother nature throws us.

When we enter the store, the salespeople always smile and greet us. The aisles are clearly marked and the store is kept very clean. The majority of the salespeople are very knowledgeable about their specific area and have general knowledge about the rest of the store. We always go to Home Depot first when we need anything to improve our house. We also greatly appreciate the fact that you can buy items from Home Depot online and return them to the store if they don't work out. We recently returned a mailbox and post to the store and that was so much easier than having to take it to the post office.

VERY NICE STAFF AND VERY HELPFUL. THIS STORE ALWAYS HAS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR AND SOMETIMES IF THEY DON'T THE STAFF IS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE THEY OFFER OTHER OPTIONS FOR THE PROJECT I MAY BE WORKING ON. I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND THE OLD BRIDGE HOME DEPOT.
