Knowledgeable and mature associates: LOUISE at self-checkout. There are new self-checkout computers. I had trouble completing my credit card purchase and thought that I wouldn't be able to but LOUISE showed up on time and quickly instructed me how to complete my transaction as I desired. Then I noticed that her mind was totally focused on her job. She was sociable and quickly anticipated each customers need. She ran her area expertly and professionally. Best experience that I every had there!

The employees at this store are super helpful. They are very organized during this pandemic. A person there Yolanda , did a great job helping me with an order issue .

Overall great store. Always has what I need, rarely is a product out of stock, and the one time it was, I was able to quickly receive help from a HD representative, and they were able to restock the product immediately. In general I prefer the extra drive to come to this location compared to the one closer to home

We had to buy paint for a large job at our house. Julian in the Paint Dept. was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get the correct types of paint we needed and offered to shake them all so they were ready. He pointed out some differences I wasn't aware of with the paints and he loaded my cart because the paints were heavy for me. Great asset to this store! I like this Home Depot because it is close, convenient and friendly.

STORE IS NEAT AND ORDERLY.

This store is usually really good. They failed me epically on a grill on memorial day weekend, now I'm left high and dry. If it's not built when you go buy it on the floor don't waste your time waiting for the assembly list. Make sure to inspect grills thoroughly as we went to buy a weber and after they did not assemble one for me they had two that were damaged.

I LOVE Home Depot - every shopping experience is delightful and satisfying! I look forward to having a reason to go!

Clean and well organized.

Our dishwasher broke during this pandemic while we are all stuck home. I went to the Old Bridge Home Depot on Saturday to purchase a new one as quickly as possible. Our customer service rep, Lori, went above and beyond to help us. During these stressful times, it was great to be greeted with a smile and positive attitude!

Your employee Jean was great! I am a healthcare worker currently home on a 14 day quarantine.Trying to keep busy at home I really wanted to purchase soil to start my home garden. Since the quarantine I can not go into a store. I spent an hour working back and forth with Jean who helped me hunt down the exact soil I needed, take my payment over the phone, and load the cart up with 8 giant bags of VERY heavy soil so she can bring it out for me to put into my car without coming in. Amazing, she should be recognized!

Kim was a great help and super friendly. Made my purchase very easy.

the cashier when I went to check out was extremely pleasant and helpful. A item was missing a price and when she called someone from the holiday shop they were quick to respond. Also the item I was purchasing a large item and needed a cart the associate in the area went and retrieved one for me.

Old Bridge Home Depot has better customer service. Workers are more customer orientated.

Most experiences at home depot are about the same. Most employees will greet you, some will not acknowledge you, I guess it depends on the day and how overwhelmed they are. Lately, I notice with the self checkout they are being aggressive, watching what you scan and if you are attempting to get away with lifting an item. In my opinion, if you have enough employees to sit back and watch, then get rid of self checkout and keep cashiers. Customers are not efficient at self checkout and your paying employees anyway to stand around. If it happens again, i'll be sure to make a statement to mgmt. Its not a great experience.

I own a business. I have been going to this store since it opened. Most of the people are friendly, others walk by you, as if you do not exist. The remodeling of the checkout counters is real bad idea. No place to put merchandise. you do not have that personal touch, you once had. You should have parking for larger trucks. You should put the magnet back in service to scan the parking lot for nails and screws, always finding them when I park. That's just a few.

Ms. Doreen J and Freddy are truly wonderful associates and are competent in plumbing. I was luck to be served by them.

The Home Depot in Old Bridge NJ has been truly a wonderful shopping experience from the cashiers, to the return item desk and the salespeople. They are knowledgeable and patient. And always try to help you with your shopping. Whether it be locating an item or asking help to get a huge item in your car. I would highly recommend shopping at this store. Thank you..

Had the pleasure to work with Diane when ordering carpet and blinds. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me. She offered great ideas and it was quit obvious she loves what she does!
